Kerala Foundation Day Delhi/ Oppana performance in kerala house Delhi

After 10 p.m boys are also not allowed to enter hostel...so, it's following very strict,hard & rigid time schedule... during my PhD in Pune, I am well-acquainted with onam festival but don't get "Kerala foundation day on 1st November"..What does it mean?...by the way the physical ambience of Kerala house in New Delhi, the National Capital of India, is good, impressive 👍👍👍👍👍

@@talukdartalukdar3643 In jamia boys hostel there is no restriction for boys. there is no curfew. they can enter into hostel anytime. kerala foundation day means kerala formation day as a state was on November 1 1956 according to state reorganisation act 1956.

@shifzzzzzz7033 As I am getting older, my memory power weakens. I don't know how many times I have read "state reorganization act 1956" during my tragically unsuccessful attempts in WBCS, AU & BHU LLB entrance exam as I could not read & write Hindi language. I just forget this important act. Please pray for me so that next year I will be able to qualify JMI & DU M.Ed entrance as there is no such restrictions, compulsion, obligation to read & write Hindi language at age 38...
