Great tutorial! Very beginner friendly too if you are looking for that! All I wanted was to create a blackjack game for my mini casino and didn't know how and this video did a perfect job so no complaining!
I feel like the mistake of what many instructor make, they fail to really 'teach' and 'explain.' Coding is like, function within function, within function. Your brain just get fried. It's necessarily to really 'explain' what's going on. Whenever I teach, I always make an effort for visual flow chart, it really explains where everything is heading. You put the title as 'beginners,' but to me it feel like like 'intermediate,' because you're kinda and kinda not explaining it. When people put the title as beginner, every details should be explain. I can see where everything is heading, but with my beginner base knowledge, my brain straight up got fried attempting to figure out where all the functions, loops, and variables were going. It reflects the popularity of the video, I would change the title to 'intermediate.' base on how you were explain and pasting.
Definitely intermediate. This is far more complicated than any of beginner tutorials I've followed, and while the instructor is explaining WHAT we're doing, he's making a lot of assumptions about what we already know. He mentions other lessons or videos, but this isn't presented as an individual lesson in a series of tutorials, otherwise I would've started at the beginning of it. Maybe I just needed to study classes, but I was absolutely lost after that point.
This guy can teach you A LOT in 5 minutes "joke" tutorial. After 72 minutes serious tutorial I guess I'll become Python Senior😀
I am impressed. Trying to make a game for my online intro to programming course
