I watched Operation Fortune: Ruse de Guerre a few days ago. Hugh Grant was part of the cast, playing a billionaire arms dealer who sounded just like Michael Caine.
It was weird to hear him; I'm used to him playing the upper class English cad.

Is it only me, who does not think this is funny..., and tasteful..., and meaningful ? The film is absolutely great and this small talk ( led by the host ) around it is so superficial, and unnecessary... There are profound things in this movie and both actors are amazing in it! It would be so wonderful if the host could talk with no such pretension, he takes himself for granted..., thinks apparently that his characteristic voice manner will do the trick and make things interesting... It does just for the first 20 seconds... Afterwards one needs more substance...
