Hi i have really dry and dehydrated skin its flaky also i apply evion cream bt it feels luke it just stays at my skin even if i apply it on damp skin my skin still feels stretchy not hydrating enough can you suggest a moisturizer 😢😢

Hii, then please try using hyaluronic acid serum and then use a moisturizer
I would suggest emolene as it's lightweight and it's an emollient
