I've been through a few barless tire changers - This machine is hands down the most impressive i've used. It is well thought out and very precise... It's an amazing feat. Good job Corghi!!
Cool machine. But I question the value of such a complex machine for such a simple task. I did a lot of tire mounts in the student auto shop and the simpler machines were pretty fast once you learned the tricks. This seems to be good when you have semi-skilled technician handling nice rims. Very hands-off automated machine.
@@DumbCarGuy negative. I got the new 5.0 machine. And the new eyelight machine as well. I’d blow the corghi techs out of the water on there own machines now. Hahahaha
I agree fanc84. Regular machines are fine for the majority of the tires, but I would never trust those machines on a high end car where wheels are a few thousand a piece or try R compound tires! It is nearly impossible without damaging or scratching the wheel. This machine simply can not be matched. Its like comparing a Prius to a Bugatti. A lot of cars utilizes run flats now and eliminate the spare tire. This machine would easily pay for itself.

@Paul Nunes. Try chaning an 18-20 inch Bmw run flat tire with a "Regular machine" Im certain you'll fail. I have used this machine and a standard run of the mill john bean tire machine and there is a big difference.Regular tire machines make the task of removing and installing run flats physically exerting and also increasing the chance of breaking the tire bead. This machine has its purpose. You probably have not fimiliarized yourself with any other machine thab the ine provided by your training center,typical comment made by an amateur
Master is the only true touchless machine on the market, has been one of the first products certified in Germany with the WDK certification (required now to be able to do Run Flat tires with no damages.) Run flats can be done with any machine, even entry level, but there will be a lot of stress on the operator, tire, and machine itself. There is a reason why all the major car manufacturers are moving towards our product! We cannot longer afford to damage expensive wheels or tires. The master series it’s the answer!

Hey I work at a custom wheel shop how do I use the bead seater. I can't seem to get the air to go into the tire.
Are you still working on this tire? I hope the customer isn't still waiting in the waiting room.
