U can get the Visa at the border control check post. U have to take ur passport with minimum 6 months validity and a valid residence Visa of UAE... and mulkiya of ur car and driving license... make sure ur car insurance have oman coverage if not u will have to pay 150 AED there. Visa fees UAE 35 AED and Oman 50 AED
