Finding the right therapist is so important - like, the wrong fit could do more harm than good. You do not mess with your mental wellbeing. I can totally understand loosing enthusiasm for your hobbies, that is such a common thing with depression. Yes we're just getting to know eachother, but I genuinely love your videos and hanging out on instagram. If i ever miss posts (because I am a tired bean), please do poke me! I swear the algorithm can affect relations coz it is so poo these days. Anyhoo, I'm so pleased you made this video and I painted along with you 🙂

When my husband went thru a huge health crisis, it opened my eyes when hearing other stories from people. Everyone is going thru something & everyone handles things different. I was really let down by people close to me that I needed and didn’t have the time or energy to deal with me. Talking about what you’re going thru can be so freeing so do any videos you need. No judgements here. Nail polish was my way of doing something for me & doing self care. It’s become a hobby that I love & a way to connect to people that I don’t have near me. I don’t care what people think anymore & worry about myself.
Dana, it's such an interesting concept to wrap my head around. Yes we all handle things different and should not be shamed or left alone when it gets tough. i just know I'm that not person to do that and I'm proud of myself for that immensely. It's crazy how much it's helped, and it's also made me enjoy things I didn't used to like (ex. instagram) but now that it's just about my nails, makes it a bit more tolerable because I have no expectations from it.
