I'm super happy that I got a chance to sit down with him during Agent 2021 to discuss the Real Estate industry and the market.

Me and my friend are 21 years old and we are making furnitures, trying to start a company. Have tried to sell on Swedens version of Ebay and got thousands of views but 0 sales. I decided to start a Instagram page instead and build organic followers. After 3 days and only 30 followers, we made our first sale! Insane what social media can do for your company!

I really liked hearing Ryan talk about wanting to just be successful. It was cool to hear him say that since it is the EXACT way I have worded it to all of my friends, my goal is success however I get there. I too ended up in real estate by "accident" from a personal friend that talked me in this direction, and I have loved it ever since. It is an awesome career choice, and I think is great for building the base as a business minded person.
This one is awesome. Favourite bit is that he wanted to be successful but not necessarily at a specific narrow thing. I want to be a successful video game composer but realising it's not the end of the world if that doesn't happen, I can always move on to something else I love.
Right when Serhant started his channel, nice boost from a good man, GV.
As up and coming Real Estate investor I really wanted to hear Ryan more than Gary, well... lol I guess its not real estate conversation but marketing and both killed it! Hope to meet both one day, working hard on my RE journey and my channel for now.

I wish Gary would talk more about the Hollywood industry. I think Gary could give a lot of value to aspiring actors since it is such a hard industry to make sense of especially since the game is changing dramatically.
Really stoked to see Ryan at Florida Realtors on August 2019 Convention. - Now if we could only get Gary Vee to join us too, I will have seen both mentors and honest, real-life mentorship - inspiration to my agents.
In August of 2008 I had just finished a show house and 5+ custom homes set up and then it just stopped. No projects, no funding no opportunities. , very painful. I spend 2 years with no projects but I weathered the storm
Gary is the best guest in the world, and one of the worst hosts. “Pulling in two extremes” I guess... asking a question and then spending the next five mins answering your own question isn’t ideal for a host. That said, still a HUGE fan

I feel like Gary and Ryan are pretty different. Gary is humble, and Ryan just wants status. But, it seems like Gary always tries to see the best in people.
Ryan projects status because it is the nature of his business. If you watch his vlog, he's actually really humble and an incredibly hard worker.

At the 23 minute-ish mark, Gary is describing everything outlined in The Millionaire Next Door (UAWs vs PAWs)
It teaches you about the lifestyle of a millionaire (next door). Meaning, a vast majority of (self-made) millionaires live in middle-class neighborhoods, drive GMC/Ford's (used vehicles) and aren't worried about artifacts and status symbols. Most "rich" people in fancy neighborhoods are all keeping up with the Joneses. They mostly are all UAWs (under accumulators of weath) vs. PAWs (Predigious accumulators of wealth). Great book on mindset - lots of good charts to show where people invest and save vs consuming consuming consuming and teaching their kids to do the same.
