【Japan Walking Trip】Fujimicho Underpass AQUARIUM (submarine aquarium)@Saitama Kasukabe 4K (21:9)

It is an underground passage about 50 m long that connects the east exit side and the west exit side on the south side of Kasukabe Station, and was installed in 1976 (Showa 51).
In 1995 (Heisei 7), there was no aquarium along the railway line for the purpose of "graffiti prevention", "crime prevention", and "aesthetics", so the mural was drawn as "AQUARIUM (submarine aquarium)".
With the progress of the railway elevated project, there was a possibility of demolition, but due to the understanding of Tobu Railway in negotiations, the entrance and exit on the east exit side were relocated and the entrance and exit were reduced to one, but it was decided that it could be used until the completion of the overpass.
