I feel like Wonder Woman is one of those characters that EVERYBODY knows, but not a lot of people know ABOUT.
Cause she hasn't been represented that much in the public.
It's true. I would say it's a similar case with the flash but of course that has changed since the 2014 series.
I know right. Although to be fair, aside from about 3 or 4, most of WW's villains probably wouldn't be very memorable to people who don't read comics.
Casting Gal Gadot was the best decision the producers could have ever made with Wonder Woman
Renata AG Zack Snyder casted her. While his movies are sometimes questionable, his casting is always on point.
For anyone who is on the fence about Wonder Woman... You can savely get your tickets, this is the best DCEU movie by far!!!

As a Marvel fan who has been let down by the earlier DC movies lately, I felt proud and emotional throughout the movie. Because of how empowering it is and in the same time...Gal Gadot is such a beauty inside and out. She is actually a true representation of a WOMAN.

Fun Fact: Gal Gadot was pregnant in the later parts of filming, and they put a triangle type shape on her stomach that was made of green screen stuff, so they could edit her stomach!

To put things in perspective for the Marvel fanboys and other non believers out there. Wonder Woman is on par with Marvel's highest rated movie ever, Iron Man. And no, i'm not a DCEU fanboy... not even close. But i am able to appreciate an exceptionally well crafted movie when i see one.
Sorry but its not. The movie is good, but not great because it plays it safe. Because of how Man of Steel and BvS went. The 3rd act was horrible.
Idk, BvS had some pretty high ratings the first weeks, I was super hyped but suddenly... They just dropped.
WW actually had an even higher grossing first weekend than Iron Man and higher acclaim with critics 😘 I'm usually a MCU fan but DC hit it out of the park this time!

"I don't think it's going to be to popular." Wrong. Just wrong. My mom, who has never read a comic book or voluntarily watched a superhero movie in her 53 years, saw the trailer at the Beauty and the Beast premiere and loved it. She just turned to me and said, "THAT. WAS. AWESOME!!!!" Now she can't wait to see the film. The movie industry is going to realize exactly how many consumers they have been missing out on all these years.

United States education does include history as one of the courses, right? This movie is SO clearly set in WWI that it's ridiculous to mix up the two as a grown man.

I'm actually going to see Wonder Woman with my grandma, who has been a fan since her childhood. My grandma's testimony is that this was the first female character that was an independent, strong, liberated woman. It was inspirational for her, and I truly think it such a character changed her life, if by nothing else than to be more ambitious. At the very least, this movie will be something I will enjoy because of the person I will be with. I just hope the will be as wonderful as the character that being portrayed.

I saw wonder woman on early screening for fans. The movie is realy great it has a twist, humor (chris and gal had a great chemistry) and all the fighthing scenes were really amazing.

There's noway it could surpass the dark knight
The one thing that is worth considering though. This movie doesn't have Zack Snyder involved with it in any capacity, so there's a good chance that'll help, considering most of the flaws with BvS and MoS were down to Zack Snyder's directing, and even Suicide Squad had pivotal bits he directed
Oooo it's so good! This show is amazing. No spoilers. I recommend it to anyone who is interested in the DC Universe. It really shows of Wonder Woman's personality and how strong she actually is!

I'm actually more looking forward to seeing WW as a movie directed by a woman than I am a movie with a badass female lead role. We've had numerous of the latter-both Rogue One and The Force Awakens had female leads, as did the Hunger Games series, the Underworld series, the Resident Evil series, and the Tomb Raider movies. They've been done, they're an established, well-received thing. On the other hand, I feel like female directors have the potential to bring entirely new perspectives to the bog-standard action genre, and I, for one, am looking forward to finding out what that is.
