Awesome video! I love seeing Portugese Responses, doesnt seem like theres alot being filmed there. Which is sad, considering the variety of ambulances! Seeing the newer INEM Medical Cars makes me wanna go there again, when I was in Lisbon the last time I wasnt filming yet

I thought the Federal Signal Vama (-320 / -380) with DIG PO add-on was only a Polish thing :O

is much better to use Federal Signal PA300 ! is more louder than AS320 siren. AS320 siren is tragic and the quality s very poor. Only the model AS320 PO is little different and better than the simple AS320AH...The PA300 is the leader in sirens !

@@imprezionism Personaly, living in Portugal and after being a firefighter for 4 yearsm both the 300, 320 and 320 PRO wich are all used extensively by all emergency branches in Portugal work amazing, the sound is astonishing and extremely lound if you ask me, you can hear them very far away

That is not a polish add-on, the fed Signal Vama 380 had this tone like the rest, but the Federal Signal Vama as 320 hasn't got It.
Is like say the the priority tone

Very cool and nicely filmed! Seems like a busy city for ambulances :D ...The lighting leaves a lot to be desired, but the sirens are good. So what’s the system like over there, do all these agencies respond to emergency calls from the public?

Thanks a lot ! They're lots of ambulances in Lisbon, that a good thing . I like their sirens too, especially the horn ;) Sorry bit I really don't know the Portuguese system and which ambulance does what. I didn't see private ones...

INEM ambulances are quick to support and more critical situations

Private ambulances don't respond to ems calls, in some cases they can be used to transfer patients between hospitals, but thats all. There are three agencies performing ems, INEM wich is the national medical emergency institute that coordinates the ems response nationalwide ( except Madeira and Azores, they have their own agencies), they have some ambulances, mostly in the major cities, medical cars and helicopters. Then you have the fire brigades, mostly volunteers that respond to some 80% of the cases and also the portuguese red cross can respond.
