Thank you so much for your tips they have been helpful. I am new to Klaviyo and I could see in the customer profile the items that they viewed on my Shopify Store and now I cannot. I don't know what I did to stop that feature. Do you have any ideals for a resolve?

Maybe a theme update turned off your embedded tracking app in your theme? I'd check that first!
