- दफ़्तरों में काम का दबाव सामान्य बात है, लेकिन जब ये दबाव फटकार और अभद्र भाषा में बदल जाए तो आप इसे क्या कहेंगे। ऐसे ही दो वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हो रहा हैं, केनरा बैंक और बंधन बैंक के अधिकारी अपने जूनियर को टारगेट पूरा न करने पर फटकार लगाते दिख रहे हैं, वीडियो में अधिकारी अभद्र भाषा का इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं और टारगेट पूरा करने के लिए अतिरिक्त घंटे काम करने की मांग कर रहे हैं, इस वीडियो के बाद अधिकारियों के इस रवैये पर कई सवाल उठाए जा रहे हैं.

Banks give loans to big industrialists at low interest and when they flee the country without paying the interest or the banks waive their loan, they will try to get that loan back from somewhere. Bank employees sell insurance and loans.
बैंक के अधिकारियों का अभद्र व्यवहार निन्दनीय है।आठ घंटे से अधिक काम लेना और अवकाश मे काम लेना भी कर्मचारियों के साथ अन्याय है। कर्मचारियों को छुट्टी भी असानी से नहीं मिलती जबकि उसका अधिकार है।
यही कारण है कि आज बैंक कर्मचारी मानसिक दबाव में रहते हैं। नौकरी का मतलब यह नहीं है कि पारिवार को छोड़कर नौकरी की जाए।

मोदी राज में सरकारी कर्मचारियों की दुर्गति हो रही है ।आज कल सभी सरकारी दफ्तरों में भी यही सब चल रहा है । छुट्टी के दिन भी काम करवा रहे हैं। घर पर भी काम करने के लिए मजबूर किया जाता है । कर्मचारियों की पर्याप्त भर्ती नहीं की जा रही हैं, 1 कर्मचारी से 2 कर्मचारी के बराबर काम कराया जा रहा है ।

बैंक प्रायवेट क्षेत्र में ही नहीं सरकारी विभागों में भी बड़े अधिकारी अपने मातहतों से अभद्रता से बात करते हैं। काम का दबाव अपनी जगह है पर कुछ अधिकारी अपने आप को बड़ा दिखाने के भी छोटे कर्मचारियों से अभद्र भाषा गाली गलौज करते हैं। चाहे प्रायवेट सेक्टर हो या सरकारी विभाग कर्मचारियों से दबाव बनाकर नहीं बल्कि बेहतर वर्क कल्चर बनाकर सही काम लिया जा सकता है।

Retail banking is like this only. Everyday employees face the same target pressure. No one cares about the personal and mental health of employees. Leadership only sets the target and if not achieve they only ask managers to put pressure.
ये बहुत ही आम बात हो गयी है आजकल बैंको में । सबसे गंदा दबाब रहता है मोदी सरकार का जबरदस्ती लोगों की अटल पेंशन योजना, प्रधानमंत्री सुरक्षा बीमा योजना, प्रधानमंत्री जीवन ज्योति योजना करवाते हैं। और चौथा है थर्ड पार्टी इन्सुरेंस बेचो । बैंकर को अपना बैंक का काम छोड़कर सब तीसरे टारगेट पूरे करने पड़ते हैं जो लगभग असंभव होते हैं।

Canara Bank PSU is becoming worse year by year since 2018 with most holiday being utilised for Recovery with Casual leave Sanction becoming a headache to ask. In words they say work life balance but in reality it’s not follow in Canara Bank

Such behaviour on the part of senior bank officials towards their juniors)/branch heads has been continuing in nationalised banks for the past more than 20 years. Pulling up junior officials for non-performance is one thing but in the name of review meetings, indulging in obnoxious behaviour towards them is totally unacceptable. Antagonising people who form the core of the Bank for accomplishing results is bad policy of governance n is counter-productive. Issues like unrealistic targets, disregard for saturation in the hinterland,pressure of cross selling, bad big loans where GMs/DGMs/AGMs are mostly the sanctioning authorites but in which branch officials are pressurised for recovery, compromised loans, frauds etc are never addressed. In the instant case of Canara Bank n Bandhan Bank, the officials must be flagged, charge sheeted n handed out severest punishment for their gross misconduct.

This is common in private sector , achieve weekly sales target or look for a new job. Why so much of fuss when government employees have to stretch now or they can leave the job.

Many bank senior officers only pay lip service that they shall take action to stop aggressive misbehaviour towards juniors.But in reality nothing is done.

This issue is not in only some bank there is all private banks NBFCs are doing same no one is bothering for these affected employee and every bank and nbfc doing insurance on the name of cross sell taking 50% commission if a normal insurance price is 50 ru so they sell in 155 ru if you are taking loan from any bank and nbfc

Mostly in Pvt banks are of upper cast, govt banks dont believe in recruitment, so what they expect that customer base grows exponentially, how it is possible ?
And often those employees who suffer such pressure, when you ask them they criticize the reservation.
How much is the upper cast population? Imagine what will be the customer base one can expect? 10% or 15% . I think it will come out < 1%. NDTV can research and report if they wished to explain this.
One can never get maximum output by making employees work on holidays and using slang language for their families. Human should be treated like human not machine,

It is Karma - the low level bank employees treat customers rudely , and they are being treated rudely by their officers. No Sympathy for them. In fact, I like it to see. I lost my Rs. 4 thousands and faced problems due to stupidity of a Bank of India employee.
