I understand its a personal choice to not practice medicine however when you become a doctor you do owe towards humanity and you can simply do that by volunteering and upload that so that it can have an impact on other people too and saying that " if someone had better grades they would have gotten my seat " is playing defensive, you dont have to play defensive you could have said it in a better way.
