Hey, here is the video you wanted. The game runs fluently and I haven't seen any major differences between hyper threading and no hyper threading. Same places with the same bottlenecks (that is high crowded areas around the Med station and the Metro roundabout). There might be lower fps at some points since I have mostly seen 50-60 fps with hyper threading enabled. @@n1dopac I uncap at a later moment for about two minutes (18:42). I can say that you won't get more than 70-80 uncapped at 3.2 GHz in battles and in crowds there is a bottleneck which could lower performance to around 50 fps at worst. I will keep it uncapped in later tests. Thanks for the remark!
There is a slight CPU bottleneck in this game which could be lowered by enabling Turbo on all cores through the bios which requires some work and understanding. I don't really need this boost at the moment and I prefer my system to remain stable as it is currently. The 98% utilization most of the time might be driver related although there is a CPU bottleneck. It occurs mostly when you are moving fast through areas and things have to load, there are many NPCs in an area, or you are just looking at an easy for the GPU scene to render. All I can say is that the CPU is enough for a 60 fps experience with some occasional 1% drops.

this card is not even maxed out
