When you activated the "iTunes & App Store", you said NOT to fill in your password. Well, it does not turn on unless you enter your password. I tried both Cancel and OK(entering nothing) when the password popup appeared and neither worked. I then tried entering the password, the feature turned on and now I can use Touch ID in the App store. Anyways, I would have never guessed to go to Screen Time to activate Touch ID on purchases. Thank you!!!
