Process-oriented traders are more likely to be successful in the long run than result-oriented traders 💯👍

      Totally agree with that!

Don't understand how you can get results without a process though

@swirlandsniff2335 I think he means don't be fixated on the actual amount you're winning not winning, just procedurally improve your system and the results will improve too

my trading style is exactly like him, still need to work on the discipline and patience, but glad to know that it's working well for a long-term trader like him.

"A little bit balder, a little bit fatter!" LOL Great sense of humour, great practical advice. It will still be lost on most listeners - the gamblers that he speaks about. This is a JOB, not a Vegas casino. Put in the time, effort and work and you MIGHT have a chance.

Powerful interview right there....I have learnt a lot from this to employ into my own trading approach, particularly how to build and manage trade positions and position sizing relatively to the account size, Multiple time frame analysis, as well as having weekly and daily loss limits.

Doesn’t matter if you don’t have an edge don’t know how to control risk don’t know how to trade. Big account small account doesn’t matter.

  • @JohnEnergy2012

This guy partly gets it... yes prop-account is only the drawdown. Purchase power can also be achieved by leverage... same thing. Prop is a scam.
