I Joined Genpact last year.. I don’t see any perks on joining Genpact reasons are below:-
1.) Telephone reimbursement is upto Rs 350
2.) Internet Reimbursement is upto 1000 Rs only
3.) Genpact doesn’t not entertain overtime policy but managers will keep calling every other weekend be it night or day.. please work during the weekend inspite of working extended hours already that would be also unpaid.
4.) While hiring HR said we provide cab facilities but now they call us office and told to pay 900 rs as a cab service without security guard. FYI - i work in night shift.
5.) Our shift was 5.30-2.30am when i joined but our time has changed without asking us. It is now 6.30-3.30 pm.
6.) No night allowance is provided.
7.) Bonus was said minimum of Rs. 75000 as I joined AM if my rating would be meets expectations but when time came there was a loophole in deduction of bonus around 3000 Rs.
8.) Even if i take sick leave my managers calls and asks me please complete your Tasks first. And they’ll keep calling you & texting you.
9.) If comp off is given, no sick leave/ planned leave can’t be taken.
Genpact is a complete loophole. Do not Join it.
Not sure for which client your working for but I acknowledge your concern.
Its been 1 year I have joined Genpact but I have never worked on weekends or public holidays.
My manager allows me to take leaves but during month ends only sick or emergency leaves are given.
As per genpact policy if your working over time or on weekends you are elegible of overt time pay or compoff, You can get the detailed information in the HR policy...
About your bonus I cannot comment on that, but bonus is calculated from Jan to Dec. If you have joined in march then you will be getting the bonus from March to December.
@@SandeepKumar-vb8lm Now out of frustration I’ve resigned and my manager sent me an e-mail you are not allowed to take any kind of planned and unplanned leave in entire 3 months that’s so pathetic..
Though i am not surprised even without notice period they don’t let me take any sick leave..
Regarding bonus, I’ve calculated the pro rata amount and after that I realised my bonus is deducted around 3k.. but this happened with everyone in team when enquired first hr gave me lame excuses till date no reply i got on that email.
The reason was given by other team member is that because we are in transition and project has delayed for being live so management decided to deduct some amount of bonus without disclosing this openly.
@@MONIKACHAUHAN-mj6kc your matter seems very critical. The only thing I could suggest you is that to put these matter in front of the higher level manangment. Hope it could be helpful to you.
@@SandeepKumar-vb8lm I tried my best.. connected with AVP, VP but know the reality nothing is gonna work. But I am scared for such people who get tired trapped their selves in such pity organisation for the sake of MNC or branded organisation. I never want my younger siblings to down their morale due to pathetic, immortal, inhuman working environment.
Hope I can do something in future regarding such pathetic organisation and not let youngsters to down their morale

Joined Genpact on 14th, with Signature on joining docket and appointment letter, after that bank added on payroll system, but they didn't provide any laptop or they didn't reach out to me about shift and all, its been around 1 week just doing the mandatory learning things on Ilearn.. tried yo contact with my manager and supervisor they both said will reach out to me, can you say how much time will it take? Hi Aamer... They are total five ratings...me3,me2,me1, ee2, ee1. These ratings are given based on your monthly performance. EE1 is the highest and the incentive amount is totally depends on the project your working for. I cannot say you the exact amount but the range for EE1 is 7k to 22k depending on the project.
So, how easy or Tough to Get EE? And Tell me about ME bonus amount range also !

If you have received the commitment sheet then there is no question of rejection. I would say wait for 3 to 4 days and I hope you will be get it.

It is real, if you aren't getting the tickets call your recruiting HR and explainyour issue, might be your on-boarding would be virtual.
No LOI is just reference, it not offer letter. After accept the LOI Tydy portal you need to submit all documents. After completing background verification process, then only you will receive joining doc and offer letter. It will take nearly 1-2 month of time to receive offer letter. I am receive my LOI at 23.12.2022, still now not get offer letter and background verification is pending.

@@vason3858 first do follow Background verification process. once your background verification over, then only you can join Genpact. If you have any doubt about documents upload or any pending ask them which documents is pending through Microsoft team meeting. Wait until they allow the meeting, there is always one host is on the meeting inbetween 9.30 am to 7pm, you can ask the doubt. Based on the document upload completion then only you will get date of joining.

Congratulations, there is no bonds in Genpact. You can get leaves easily but during ur tranning period is quit difficult you need to request your reporting manager.

50 percent is the passing score, your recurring hr will call you in 2 to 3 working days if you get selected else you can call or mail them as well.

Hey sonali give your interview in relaxed mind. Just answers all the questions fluently. Since I'm not in international voice process I'm not sure what questions they gona ask you. But they gonna definetly test your fluency in English. They may giving you a topic and conduct jam secessions
