You tried on my favourite Angie jumper; and both the colours were lovely though your choice of the Golden is a good one. The other items you tried on were great as well and my favourites were the skirt, green jumper and coat. I really appreciate the difference it makes seeing someone try on an item to really appreciate how it looks, moves and versatility. I hope you had enough space in your suitcase 😅

Thanks for showing us the NY store. Super helpful to see how things look on their own and not styled or in studio lighting. Def takes out some of the hype factor in a good way. I think I'd make more practical decisions in-person v online. I liked the setup, I was in my mind expecting very different store ambiance music.

I thought I didn’t need the Angie but now I feel like I do 😄 I have been to a sezane store once in Paris and I get that it looks nicer to only have a couple of sizes out, but i felt so selfconcious having to ask for my size since it is a bigger size then the sizes they had on display. So silly, hopefully i can go back to a store soon!
Ah!!! I hope you get an Angie, it's such a beautiful piece. Sucks about the sizing, they should maybe rethink the way they display things. I generally dislike when I have to ask for sizing instead of picking it straight from the shelves. I feel like I always grab multiple pieces and that might be annoying to the staff.

New York is always so fun! When I visit I immediately start to wonder “why don’t I live here?!” 😂 Sezane stores seem to have their own stocking schedule. I’ve noticed they don’t always carry the latest and I’ve also seen items pre-released at the store (before they hit the website)

I was in NYC a few weeks ago and was excited to go to their store but they make people wait in line outside in the cold because the store was too “crowded” with 5 customers in it. The knitwear gallery shelf was practically empty nor could I reach the sweaters past my height.
Have you ever ordered from Sezane? When you get your package and you open it there is this special aroma that comes out - that’s the perfume! They spray the orders few times before they send them out
@@zorymory yeah I see everyone writes that, but I’ve made like 5 orders and no perfume smell at all! And I have a really sensitive nose so I definitely didn’t miss it lol guess they forgot. Do you like the scent?
It Defoe try sheds. It doesn’t bother me but I’ve heard from other Sezanettes that when they get an items that’s shedding (like the Achille jumper) they put the sweater in a plastic bag in the freezer for awhile and it helps. I haven’t tried this trick myself but i’ve heard that it works!

In their defense, they have strict social distancing rules to keep staff and customers safe which us New Yorkers really appreciate.
