    Thank you so much. I was unplugging it from the back of the machine, not the power source. This worked great and I also was able to pull the mat out, which had a large tear in it.😁😘

    This just saved me. Thank you. It really works.
    I pulled the matt out from the back . Did the power cord thing and its working!!

    You know what fixed my ‘power issue’ only loading the mat. Seeing it work. Adding the white card stock. It stopping process. Adding red card stock, working fine again. I put green painters tape over my white project and it worked fine! Cricut doesn’t like white, it’ll tear it or just not proceed! Finally got my 4th card to work!

    Mine did the same thing when using the knife blade, i was able to cancel the project with my mat stuck in the maker 3 and make a new project and it did an update on the maker 3 then it worked, sadly what i was making had to be scraped and redo it.

    Doesn’t matter my mat. I’m using pen, and card mat. It always does it.
