OMG! The gasp that left my mouth! That dent was a crime against coach-manity. I really love the dark stone, seeing your full set is convincing me to consider it in either the Georgia, Laurel or Rowan.

I definitely enjoyed this video because it was super helpful. I always tell folks open your box! Saving boxes for the right time or to film an unboxing you are potentially missing damage. I’m sorry this one didn’t work. But the good thing is, you have other bags in that color and other bags with that silhouette. So you have time to wait for one that is in pristine condition to arrive. I’m praying it goes on sale. ❤

Wonder why they never put it on the coach site so strange I initially saw the wallet it’s like a bag but it’s a wallet very small on a TH-cam channel and I searched it out and I purchased it. Yeah beautiful videos beautiful things you have a wonderful Christmas today and a happy healthy new year.❤

My face when I saw that dent 😳. That is such a bummer because it’s such a pretty bag and color. If you have to FORCE an item in a box, that means you need a bigger box. At least all of your other goodies made it safely and undamaged. TFS❤❤

Hey Dazzle you picked up some beautiful pieces. I wish Coach would bring out more of the large corner zip wristlet as well. Sis I felt your pain this is a beautiful bag and the color looks so good on it. This is way I keep say the need to offer gift box packaging at checkout. Sis, I loved the haul and I am hurt with you when I saw that dent. Coach has been rushing with packing orders lately but that is still no excuse. I want the Maggie tote and I am not sure if I want the embossed signature print or the pebbled one. The sand, taupe and silver is really pretty in person. I am seriously contemplating on getting that color way in a large Rowan or the large city bucket totes. The wallets are perfect too. Enjoyed your video and Thanks so much for sharing❤

A good friend of mine sold Coach yrs ago. These were the items that did not make it to the department stores because of the way a strap was too long or the zipper was damaged. The price was much lower so she could get a sale. She would be very transparent about the issues with her merchandise.

I stopped counting the number of times I’ve received Coach and Coach outlet items damaged because it was either thrown and packed in a box without any packaging thus getting the item looking like your Maggie. It’s a chronic problem. Coach just ruins the complete purchasing experience, leaving a disgusting taste of disrespect of its customers by not fixing a longstanding problem that customers constantly send in complainants to them. SMH

I hate to say it and I never thought id say it but I'm done with coach. I'm in search of another mid priced brand because my coach bag hardware is fading and my coach wristlet has some sticky substance in the seam and i literally had to put Scotch tape over the seam so i can use my wristlet. I am a monogram fanatic and i know a lot of people prefer leather bags however i am not thrilled by leather bags i love monogram amd i love coach monogram I really want to continue to buy coach but i am afraid about the hardware fading again and the sticky insides 😢. That beige wristlet is absolutely stunning. The older I get the more i love beiges, tans, browns and khaki colors I'm buying everything in those colors jackets , blankets lipsticks 😅. It has become an obsession but those colors are the prettiest. I just bought the neutral color earbuds I'm waiting on them to arrive today.
