problem is even if govt gives those middle man dont i have very example like one maid in our house had her card to get free rashon[made in corona times they got 15 kgs of daal wheat rice oil for few rupee] it was cancelled by fficer since she worked as maids and did work in compaany as well costs is so much she cant afford and that man not gonna make card unless she gives him nice bribe

I m the currently pursuing civil engineering from NIT surat which is a famous college in gujarat. I want to clarify that the problem of collapsing structure is not the problem of design engineer because all the structures before construction are analyzed, testify using various softwares for the worst condition. the problem for this industry is all the people working in this industry are corrupt. From prof to even junior govt engineer to contractors all are money minded. And talking about engineers, the normal wages for civil engineers are very low as compared to other engineer. even LNT gives 6 lakh for a civil engineer from NIT colleges then why would good engineer join them. Whole industry of infra is ruled by the mafias
What about expensive education by third-rate colleges owned by politicians? Companies pay well for experienced employees. Not for freshers, who learnt nothing in their colleges.

India must outsource construction of all critical infrastructures to companies of First world countries. They should also be mandated to not employ any Indian. Ex: Takenaka came to India to improve construction standards, but it ended up hiring Indians. Today, it is one of the most corrupt construction companies in India.
The most astonishing thing is even with fund allocations of 1700cr for a bridge, it is destined to collapse because of coruption. We lack the virtues of morality in India. Let the rich get richer and the poor get poorer has been ingrained in the DNA of our country.

It is worth mentioning that giant construction companies like TATA projects and L&T pay around 5-6 lakhs p.a. to post-graduate civil engineers who have invested 6-8 years in study, that too with 2-3 year bonds and 5% annual hike. How can they expect to hire the best minds!

As my father is a constructor, he made 20+ small bridges over lakes in my whole district in 2004-2021 but there is not a single crack in it. He never try to save soo much money from there type of high risk bridges he also get contract for village rodes and etc, there he save some amount of money.

If you're not tired of saving so much money for yourself, it will be enough to build a small brigade, and yes there is some cost cutting from unnecessary things. There are also other less risky places where we can save money. And yes, there are categories like A/B/C/D that you can get based on your experience and the type of construction. My father got Category A because the project involves water/river/river bridge requirements. If you get 'A', you can also work on projects classified as B/C/D. However, as mentioned in the video, securing a lower amount with a higher grade category and a bit of corruption might help you get the project. 😂

I m the currently pursuing civil engineering from NIT surat which is a famous college in gujarat. I want to clarify that the problem of collapsing structure is not the problem of design engineer because all the structures before construction are analyzed, testify using various softwares for the worst condition. the problem for this industry is all the people working in this industry are corrupt. From prof to even junior govt engineer to contractors all are money minded. And talking about engineers, the normal wages for civil engineers are very low as compared to other engineer. even LNT gives 6 lakh for a civil engineer from NIT colleges then why would good engineer join them. Whole industry of infra is ruled by the mafias

Ex: Takenaka came to India to improve construction standards, but it ended up hiring Indians. Today, it is one of the most corrupt construction companies in India.

It is worth mentioning that giant construction companies like TATA projects and L&T pay around 5-6 lakhs p.a. to post-graduate civil engineers who have invested 6-8 years in study, that too with 2-3 year bonds and 5% annual hike. How can they expect to hire the best minds!

As my father is a constructor, he made 20+ small bridges over lakes in my whole district in 2004-2021 but there is not a single crack in it. He never try to save soo much money from there type of high risk bridges he also get contract for village rodes and etc, there he save some amount of money.

@@Hello_man16 Actually, there's no need to use money from your own pocket if the amount is sufficient. If you're not tired of saving so much money for yourself, it will be enough to build a small brigade, and yes there is some cost cutting from unnecessary things.
There are also other less risky places where we can save money.
And yes, there are categories like A/B/C/D that you can get based on your experience and the type of construction. My father got Category A because the project involves water/river/river bridge requirements. If you get 'A', you can also work on projects classified as B/C/D. However, as mentioned in the video, securing a lower amount with a higher grade category and a bit of corruption might help you get the project. 😂
