I hope the people who are studying the science behind ASMR extend their study to light triggers. No idea why but this works so well. Such strong tingles behind my skull down my spine. I’m in a trance almost. Excellent video Tom!! ❤
same, something about the back and forth from normal to bright just feels so good.
on a side note, ive always noticed that i can fall asleep easier when there is some light in the room. i feel like with pitch black sleeping im not getting enough stimulation and it makes it hard for me to fall asleep

love this. I'm a big fan of light triggers but generally hate doctor roleplays and its hard to find new videos that dont have some sort of "eye exam" etc aspect to them (not that those vids are bad, just not for me)
