That was a good ulti... It split Elise and Lucian from the fight and instead of taking the wall down and letting enemy team walk back into the fight, she Flashed over and did even more damage...
tbh u can tell that she was definitely not thinking that way, the way the character moved was showing that she was spam clicking the other side of the wall like she didn't know how to get rid of it, and she could have easily seen that Elise and Lucian had left the jungle, knowing the could not be turned around. And her ult had only about a second left, so if Lucian or Elise had tried to walk over, it would have been gone by the time they got there anyway.
it's not that bad, I actually kind of like it for farming because when you use the q in worked ground it sends out 1 projectile and uses half mana. it's just a small map awareness thing you need to be attention to, but I don't think it's ever cost me a fight or anything .
Worked ground is useless and makes Taliyah much weaker. At 500 ap standing in worked ground your single Q deals about 340 dmg, but hey! You gain movement speed and your q refunds half of the cost! Amazing huh? Not really. To deal damage you need to hit all skills and hitting champions with EW combo is really hard to hit and it's unefficient. Mana costs are too high, E is really slow and deals low amounts of dmg, W activates very slowly, even a guy like swain and cait can dodge it easily without using any movement spell or skill, worked ground makes you weaker, ult has long cooldown and it doesnt let you escape cuz you're getting kicked off when you take damage. Playing her currently, won most games, but not as carry, just AP mid peeling material for your ADC, what makes taliyah work on support only.
It absolutely makes her weaker. That's the point. You realize if she could Q constantly from anywhere without the Worked Ground she would be OP. If you disagree you probably haven't actually played Taliyah effectively.
There is something called balance, and Taliah is not balanced, she's a bit underpowered, as she can now only be useful in well communicated 5 premade teams, or in LCS. Her damage relies on 3 skills, and if she misses one of them - she technically deals close to no dmg. Take a look at champions like Lux or Vel'koz. Lux misses her Q, but deals shitton of dmg with her ER and has a shield useful for the team. Vel'koz can miss his E and Q, but deals shitton of dmg with W and R alone. Taliah might have super useful ultimate that I just adore, but it doesn't fit in solo queue experience. People have different mindsets, no one knows when will she ult, cuz people tend to ignore pings and calls. Her ult is a game changer, that's true, but her other abilities *especially Q* are far weaker from other control ap mages. First Q is a really good skill, it has a potential to clear waves, deal dmg to multiple enemies, but worked ground lasts for far too long and is unreliant to her. You get movement speed and lower mana cost, and it's really good for laning, but can fk you up in teamfights. I would've added some passive to her ultimate, so everytime she lvls up her ultimate, she gets some addon to her Q ability. It can be dmg, amount of rocks launched in worked ground's space or even some additional effects. She needs something to make her work in solo Q. She's like old Katarina now - her power comes from her ultimate in about 80%.
I disagree. I have been playing A LOT of Taliyah, if you want to see my match history my summoner name is Akinero. While a ton of power does come from her ultimate (it can be very game changing) she has a ton of power when it comes to kiting (assuming you build Rylai which I always do) and HUGE burst damage with E + W combo. If you have a Rylai and are landing your Q's it's insane consistent damage. I set up a lot of good plays with my ultimate with only a little communication. You just have to know what you can and can't do. I have also screwed my team over quite a few times so I've learned a lot. And her Q is on such a short cooldown (and does great damage) that you don't HAVE to land your W + E for any damage. Of course that is a big contributor.
the movement speed from her Q's passive is just .......impossible for immobile champion to catch her. Mana cost doesn't seem to be a issue, not just because she had catylist then ROA.
+cepilluco its unfair to say she sucks, just because she isnt a top tier op champ on release doesn't mean she sucks. plus they are probably going to buff her in the next patch so she fits smoother into the game,
pretzelfrog im sorry, you are right she doesn´t suck, i was salty because i suck with her when normally most of the new champs are easy/medium to play hard to master, i think she is in both, hard to max eficiency. is not a bad champion but i think we all agree that she isn´t in a good spot either, because of numbers and mechanic knowledge.
cepilluco yes i just like her because of her utility and cc, and her ultimate. she isnt in the same class as annie, malzahar, ahri and other stronger mid laners, but she is a fun to play, easy to learn, and a viable champion.
No lol...just look at the numbers with base dmg and scaling combined..not saying how good or bad she is but compared to other ap casters that is far from "a shit ton" of damage.
+Enablingbuzz get her build right in AP, build some armor and she's ridiculous to go against. life steal also helps to chunk off damage if you're feeling squishy
Kayla Marie I think you might want to read that comment again..i specifically mentioned how i am not claiming her to be a good or bad champion but compared to other casters she does not do a shit ton of damage at all. I have done well on taliyah most games i played her and whilst she is good at roaming and stuff there are so many much better picks if you want to do lots of magic damage.
***** Any ap caster can do that and the others do more damage more reliably..her q does 50% reduced dmg after the first hit so no, you cannot do 5x the initial damage with it and someone that gets hit by all 5 shots is playing really poorly anyway. She is good in some ways but for an ap caster she simply does not do a lot of damage, you can check the numbers yourself if you don't believe me.
Even though she doesn't do much dmg, she seems like an interesting champ. her q acts similar to that of ahri's w, but her mobility in general just seem pretty cool. I do agree though, her dmg isn't much but something about her makes it feel like she's an assassin even though she isn't one.
yeah she was more developed at the end, but because of her team, they were fed, the whole team had bigger damage, better players, it was easier to secure the kills. But personally she wasn't better than Viktor, not at all. at the end : Viktor LVL14 3/7/3 171minions Tali LVL15 9/3/6 198 minions Viktor was killed by others few times. Her team had huge advantage 30:13 in killcount and almost 20k in gold. Statistics say nothing about their duel. I think Viktor was better Viktor, than she was Tali.
not really. you can't spectate a Korean server match without being on the Korean server yourself, which makes everything from voices to text be in Korean.
Here you go www.lolking.net/replays?summonerName=POD&platform=KR&lks=2550&duration=all&champion=163&champion_rel=either&matchup1=all&matchup2=all&search=1&page=1
the player who is playing with taliyah is noob iam doing with taliyah penta and quadra.......... he cant use taliyah and the items who choosed it from the begin is not helpful
Lmao 18:34 he didnt need to use flash, he can just simply deactivate the ult
????????????????? And how does he get in range then to finish him off? lol it was used as a gap closer not just because of the wall
Chief the gap he had was becuz of the wall he made and he didnt know how to turn it off LoL
4:13 A wild Ariados has appeared!
"Dont worry, i am main Taliyah since alpha" xD (That Ulti 18:17)

It seemed to me that she backed away from Elise after ult and flashed for the double kill.
Pq os vídeos saindo quase sempre essa hora
are these guys really challenger? i have my doubts.
Oyunun dılı ne
en na en us ?
this viktor literally missed/failed some death rays.
Happened the same thing to me with the ultimate :')
The "worked ground" thing seems annoying.

+bigfoot0107 its because you see her in koreans high elo hands, believe me, she sucks
+cepilluco its unfair to say she sucks, just because she isnt a top tier op champ on release doesn't mean she sucks.

She is quite frustrating to play with only 1 dmg spell
No lol...just look at the numbers with base dmg and scaling combined..not saying how good or bad she is but compared to other ap casters that is far from "a shit ton" of damage.

She didn't win the laning duel against Viktor. Her team was much much better.
She had more farm and the same amount of kill/deaths. She certainly didn't lose her lane

I don't think he/she is challanger... wtf was that flash :D....
He maxed q instead of e. such noob tali

You can change the client setting and make it English ya know.Meteos is in Korea but he has a English client
