The fact is for non indian people, the accent do sound like apou. Its just that indian people (like any country with different accents) can tell the difference between different regions accents. just like media puts italians on certain way of speaking and italian people can made the difference of what region a persons accent sounds like.

They said 300 for the theater stuff and I almost peed my pants and then I remembered it's a different currency.
