Hello Caroline 😊 Thankyou for the positive feedback 🙏🏽 I am excited to hear this has been insightful. You will be suprised if I told some time back in 2021 I was in Kienyeji farming though I improved version. Planning to expand soon and I will definitely have them back as well.
Hello Edna, at Afrifama we usually start from day 18 but gradually and by day 22 we switch to fully to finisher pellets. Day 18 : 3/4 starter + 1/4 finisher Day 19 : 1/2 starter + 1/2 finisher Day 20 : 1/4 starter + 3/4 finisher Day 22 : full finisher Hopefully this helps.
Yes, there is a need. Finisher feeds help the broilers gain weight faster or what we call muscles (meat). Usually administered after Day 21. While starter mash helps with structural development (bones). And it's administered for the first 21 days of life.
Wow . thanks for the lesson, you've gain yourself a follow. I'm keeping improved kienyeji but am aspiring to be a broiler farmer with your lessons
