There are 2 that I really hope get made some day - Episode 1 era 3P0, with all the exposed wiring everywhere, and also the one from the Force Unleashed - Proxy. Also Tripple Zero from the comics, though he is just a black 3P0, so it kinda already exists.

The 2016 advent calender droid is in a book identified as U-3PO while the advent calender one is E-3PO but both have no diffrences in print

I might be wrong but I think the grey protocol droid in the Advent calendar is supposed to be C-3PO from Episode II. Or I guess you could imagine he's just a protocol droid bought by someone who thought the gold and silver was too gauche.
