You can farm record frames on Floor 10 labyrinth, 2nd dungeon. There are 3 treasure boxes that drop either RecordFrameMx10 or ReleaseCrystal x1. Most of the time it is record frames. You can easily farm the treasure box and get 30x record frames per run. After getting the treasure boxes, get out of the laby and rerun it. It takes me 1 minute to get 30x record frame M

Frame m are easy to farm, it’s better to get frame L since they give the most exp and they are easier to get. And I think F25 dungeon has 4 boxes so they give more loots.

since it has been patched, the other way to get release crystals M and L spamming bosses in quest board. they drop at least 1/6 of the time (M) and rarely (L) though, it's not really recommended for newbies without proper gears yet.

are they repeatable and can i still get record frames after the first clear?

If you are referring to the subquest, they are repeatble but with a different reward. First clear first time reward is just a one time reward
