This firm are a joke. I had bought a Ducati Desert X. Was agreeing £3000 extra stuff. Needed clothes too so spent £1000 plus on more stuff. Got a helmet and a comms unit. Took them home and the comms was too big for the helmet. Asked to change the helmet and they'd refused. It was in immaculate condition 2 days after giving them approx £15000 or more. They refused. What did happen though was the indium woman working there openly started talking to me about how she was on laxatives and just had a colonoscopy with a camera put up her arse. Do I know her. NOPE. So I rang their number and asked to speak to the owner. Believe it or not but he'd refused to take my call. Ducati have told P and H they don't want them selling their bikes. Sept 2023 they no longer have them. I can see why. The Indian woman with arse issues also spent some time telling me how they don't like Ducati. Bitching about them. So now over my crash helmet they sold me and it doesn't fit with their comms, they want me to loose that money. I will be paying extra for a time because I am registering this with both trading standards and small claims court tomorrow. My advise is don't use these fools.
