- The Streamline Modern is an aerodynamic style that evolved from the Art Deco Style from the mid to late 1920s. Its concept is timeless, and way ahead of its time during the Depressions of the 1930s. This film short that I've produced showcase the concept and symmetry that transformed buildings, homes, furmature, and art during the1930's and 1940's area around the world. The Streamline Modern style was way ahead of its time, and its inspiring Artist and Architects in the 2020's. I find it aesthetically fascinating and it elevates one senses and style, and why its called Art Deco on Steroids.
Wow, this is what I want my interior of my house to look like! I wasn't born during this time but it feels like I've missed it my whole life!
I love the Classy Streamline Modern Art Deco Style as well, and its basically in style with the contemporary styles of today.
@@042749 I’m glad you included the posters part. I’ve been trying to explain to my wife why I like a poster at Dunkin Donuts and she didn’t get it lol, now I know it’s because it had Art Deco influence

@@jayjay-bz3rr Thank you for the question. I don't know the particular name style. I do know that this style consists of thick glass squares that were placed on top of each other to create a thick glass window wall for homes, and building , which was used in the 1930's for streamlining modern styles up into the late 1950's.
I love streamline modern so much (always have) that I decorated my house this way as best I could. The funny thing is when I tell my friends "I like art deco" they think I mean feathers, mirrored furniture and flowers but then they see my house and realize it's the opposite lol

Art Deco/ Moderne were civilization's finest designmoment. Only Egyptian antiquity surpassed this form.
Yes, a lot of designers during the 1920's and 1930's were inspired by Egyptian, Cubism, Aztec, and Mayan design.

The music is composed by Track Tribe and ES Jammy Jam. The music really gives this film short a very classy style that brings you in to the world of Streamlime Modern.
Thanks for putting together this, but for future compilations, please don't time your fancy transitions actually over the full frame picture when it is finally fully revealed by your zooms back - you never actually have time to see the full picture, very frustrating, even pausing doesn't work because we never get to see the full image.

You have the streamline look, with balance symmetry. It's the best way to describe this architectural style.
