para los que no le aparece el setup wizard y no han podido resolverlo, la solución es: entrar a ajustes, luego aplicaciones, luego deslizan hacia la izquierda 3 veces hasta ver la pestaña todas. en todas las aplicaciones buscan, administrador de cuentas de google, borran los datos, la desabilitan y la detienen, luego buscan, asistente de configuración, hacen lo mismo, borran los datos, la desabilitan y detener. una vez hecho esto, reinician el teléfono y siguen los pasos de inicio y no pedirá la cuenta de google. luego restablecen los datos de fabrica en ajustes y listo. like si te sirvió mi aporte
