Hello 👋 Bri,,,Yes Ma'am your dad is a little jealous of you hahaha 🤣 LOL,,BRI You are Awesome 👍 doing all kinds of things for you fur/feather babies ❤🎉
Good morning Bri.You are going to have everybody warm and cozy during this Artic blast. Glad you are getting some snow for you, Karter and Kash can play in. ❄☃️
‼️🌞Good morning Bri. Thank you for sharing your videos with us all, we are so proud of you getting ready for the winter storm, keep up the great work stay safe and warm. Take care and warm regards to the rest of the family.😊‼️
This is the first time I've ever heard of a horse cracking chicken eggs! I'm kind of glad you didn't use the magnetic hooks to hang the heating lamp from... I've got trust issues 😅. The new feeding routine for the horses seems to be working out perfectly! Awesome idea to conceal the extension cord inside the pipe thingy. Stay warm, stay safe, enjoy the snow!
Praying y'all stay safe from this weather! Right now we're at 5 degrees with a feels like of-10! Tomorrow will be worse with-20 windchills! Hope we all make it through! You Bri are amazing! Blessings from Holly MI! 🙋♀️❄️🌬💯🤞👍🙏❤️
Maybe during the day put a block in the door so that’s wide enough so the chickens can get into their coop and tie the door so Betty can’t get in there as well Briane 😊
Good job Bree, I love the PVC pipe good idea. They’re a good worker and a hard one.. So did you end up with Spike?? Beautiful horses. Merleen from Massachusetts. Give the kids kisses.😊😊
Hey Bri, get a few of the corrugated fiberglass pieces like you would put on a patio roof. Put them over the windows of the chicken house. Then when you are done with them store them for next year.
Bri I hope you take lots of videos of the kids in the snow. I’m excited for them even tho they probably won’t remember it. Maybe Karter will but they will love it while it lasts!!
What a brilliant idea putting the cord in the pvc. I agree with you on the red globe rather than the white. Hmm might have to board the chicken door to stop Betty Lou. I am so pleased that I am not having to deal with your cold snap. Wishing you all the best ❤
Hello Brie I think those chickens will be toasty. I loved the video the dogs got to tag along that' reminded me of my dog, everywhere I go he follows....😊😊 ❤ U All
Well I hope everything works out you keep your animals real warm add also you keep yourself and your family all warm be safe out there stay warm as much as you can God bless sending prayers always
Great job Bri, putting the cord in the PVC pipe. Bri, you are such a hard worker getting ready for the cold snap coming your way. Don't you just hate it when the guys are right and it is so easy for them. Be safe and warm
love the extension cord concealed in the pipe great idea. stay warm and safe we have way below zero with the wind chill and lake effect but typical winter here schools closed up tuesday morning
Hi Bri, I have had snow on the ground (10 inches on Jan. 5, 5 more inches on Jan. 8th). Our temperatures have not been above 32*, so it's still lying on. Now, the temperatures are in single digits. NOT A SNOWBIRD! GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR PIPES, TEMPS, ANIMALS. LOVE FROM INDIANA
Bri, I live in South Louisiana. We are just north of Hammond. In 2017 we got 8 inches of snow, but we was told 1-3 inches then. Today is the 21st at 1pm and so far we have 5 inches and tonight it's going to be 8°. The state is saying to expect up to 10 inches total of snow. Y'all try to stay warm, prayers.
I live in South Dakota and when I woke up it was -13 outside. My chickens are good. I don’t like it when it gets so cold but they have one heater inside the run and one in the coop. They will be ok. I do like your videos
Morning Bre from Cincinnati Ohio. You all enjoy your snow and cold but I’m tired of it! It’s degrees herewith 4-5 inches of hardened snow on the ground from last week. 2 degrees and even below zero Tuesday night🥶
The good thing about your area with this storm coming in with the snow is that since your ground isn’t frozen it won’t stick for long. When the sun comes out it will start melting. We got 15+ inches a couple of weeks ago and still have most of it. Our temps have been in the single digits with little sun so it hasn’t melted yet plus our ground has been frozen for over a month. I can’t wait for it to melt and spring to arrive! 🤪
Fantastic job getting ready for the arctic blast. We’ve had snow on ground since 1/6 so sick of it. Barely any melted before more came so cold what does melt turns to ice. Stay warm and safe.
Hope you weather this cold weather weather with the animals. It’s going to be dang cold. If you’re little ones ever seen a lot of snow cause they’ll be super excited to play in it. Wishing everybody on Morrow Hill the best with this weather that’s coming your way because next it’s coming our way.🥰❤️
Hi Bri. Enjoy the snow. Maybe you will have the soft snow you wanted. Did you check that one chicken or your dad mention it about the one with the feathers missing on the chest. Looked raw.
An animals body adjusts to the environment they are in. So being they have lived in warmer temps their bodies are not used to this type of cold. I'm sure you do whatever it takes to take care of your animals. Right now here it is -13 with a feel like temp of -26. I pray all the people and animals are safe in this freeze.
Heat lamps should never ever be used around hay. They have caused so many fires, and it never ends well!! So worried about all the farmers using them over the next few days.
@@lindas6294 Most barn fires are caused by straw not from heat lamps ! Straw can spontaneously combust ! She doesn't store the bails in her coop so it will be fine !!
@@Canuckgirl152 OK, I feel a little better then. If you google heat lamps, that's all they talk about is keeping it out of your chicken coops as it's extremely dangerous.....scared me a bit....
Up here in Iowa Where it is cold during the coldest times of the year we have shelters barns and coops for all the animals with heat lamps or heaters. Or we have already processed our animals for food.
Brea I'm in Ohio and it was so cold today -7 - 9 all day my electric door locks kept freezing every time I would go somewhere and get out of the car and come back it was already Frozen I'm praying for all of you down there I know you're not used to it
I seriously was wondering the same thing. I thought maybe she could either double up the other two and let Spike use the other or take all three over to the sanctuary and use theirs. They have 4 stalls.
It's Tues the 21st of Jan. & I've got almost 10" of snow in South La. It supposed to drop in the teens for a couple of days, but the snow stopped & it's a winter wonderland, so pretty, but dang cold. 😢
That is my number one. Worst pet peeve is when you can't wind up electric cord properly. When we were kids. If we didn't wind it up correctly, dad would throw it and we'd have to rewind it so it would be proper
You're doing good. Yes animals live in worse conditions, but they are used to it. It shocks them when they are used to warm weather one day and then it turns freezing cold the next.
In Southern ontario, it is 2 degrees F. , Bri, we won't see 60's until May. I heard that if you put a bottle of very salty water in the animals' water, should stop it from freezing. N9 personal experience but worth a try.
It says it's 7 degrees here in Ohio right now 🥶❄️ but we are more aquipped for this type of weather and I know y'all arent conditioned for that kind of weather hope y'all stay warm an cozy ❤️❤️
Hey there Las Vegas NM. I haven't been there in 55 years. Was visiting John Henry Smith and his beautiful wife. They bought property at the bend on the river. Hey . . .

It’s so cute that Savy is hanging out with you while Jake is busy ❤❤
You do an amazing job with all of your animals! Stay warm! ❤
Chicken noises are so cute! All the random squeals and purrs and grumbles. 😂❤
You did a great job prepping Bri. I can't believe Betty was cracking eggs. Prayers all goes well during your winter blast.

Hi Bri. I’m sure you’ll be taking care of Betty. Bless. You and your family. Stay warm
Good job Bri. Dont forget to let all your faucets drip and open your doors under your sinks so your pipes dont freeze. It helps.😅
Stay safe. Bri your amazing person ❤❤❤

It's already 4° with feels like -11° with lots of snow here in Ohio. Yep, Betty seems to like to be with you, makes your dad jealous.❤❤
Bet your kids will love the snow 🌨️
Smart lady, Bri. ❤
Hope you put blankets on the Minnie horses and your horses. Stay safe I heard your getting snow

Animals and children not so different in that they are curious, and will get into everything. 😁
Hi Bri. Stay safe and warm. God Bless
Sweet!! Bri posted a video. I love watching Bri videos
My daughter lives in Maine and there were chickens walking around in the snow.
Great idea with the extension wires.
Hi Bri. Enjoy the snow. Maybe you will have the soft snow you wanted. Did you check that one chicken or your dad mention it about the one with the feathers missing on the chest. Looked raw.
Just south of Houston, y’all stay safe and warm ❤️🙏🏼
Great job bri thank u for sharing this with us xxxx

Im from Maryland. We just had a good amount of snow. I love a good snow storm. Then im ready for it to go especially if ice is mixed in.
Bri, its good your preparing for the cold.
Always worried about a heater and starting a fire. Love feather she’s a pretty girl.
Heat lamps should never ever be used around hay. They have caused so many fires, and it never ends well!! So worried about all the farmers using them over the next few days.

BETTY IS A CUTIE.

You parents brought you and Jake up to be very independent ❤
Great job Bri 🎉
Hi Bri good evening stay warm 🥰❤️
Since Spike doesn’t have a stall in go in are you going to put a blanket on him?
I hope they all did well with last nights snow.💖💖💖
You need a board across the chicken door to block Betty for entering but chicks can come and go.
Bri bungie cord the chicken coup door open just enough for the chickens to get in but not the horse .❤Darlene from Ohio ❤️
Good job Bri ❤️🙏
That's clever putting the cord in the tube
Brea I'm in Ohio and it was so cold today -7 - 9 all day my electric door locks kept freezing every time I would go somewhere and get out of the car and come back it was already Frozen I'm praying for all of you down there I know you're not used to it
Great job with prepping Id use some duck tape and tape the 2 pipes together on the ends that butted up together
I like your videos, would love to see more
Looks like you did to put up a small gate that the chickens can walk under and keep Betty out
Where is Spike going to hunker down during the storm since Kim said she no longer wants him. Does he even have a horse blanket to keep him warm?
I seriously was wondering the same thing. I thought maybe she could either double up the other two and let Spike use the other or take all three over to the sanctuary and use theirs. They have 4 stalls.

Good luckin the cold. It's 9 degrees here in ohio 😢
Better safe than sorry with the extension cord. That was a great idea.
What happened to your rooster in the coop. He as no tail feathers and a bare chest. Are the others picking on him?
It says it's 7 degrees here in Ohio right now 🥶❄️ but we are more aquipped for this type of weather and I know y'all arent conditioned for that kind of weather hope y'all stay warm an cozy ❤️❤️
Smart thinking with covering the cord. ❤
Good Job Bri ❣💜❣
-25 feels like-39 northern Minnesota
I am in mpls, and it is -15°
Great job!
Bri what happened to the chicken with no feathers. Is he going to be okay with the freezing temps
Good thinking Bri👍
Good luck, thinking about all of you ♥️❄️🥶🙏
Where is Big Boy staying out of cold?
Chicken coops need some ventilation so it doesn’t get moisture in there that could make them sick.
Stay warm!!
The dogs said that uncle Lester lets his dogs in the truck
Hi bri here in Las Vegas New Mexico at 10 pm it is negative 2 and a few months ago we got 3 feet of snow
