Is it a good idea to remove the heads as well to inspect the valves and pistons? Great video!
That would be a good idea if you did a compression test and had lower than expected numbers. Also realize the commitment to removing the cylinder heads means you’ve got to purchase two new head gaskets and head bolts kit. You can always do a preliminary inspection using a quality bore scope through the spark plug tubes.

man thats a new one on the turbos reminds me of a 720! Those are Pure Turbo stage 1's, one for the bin, can be rebuilt

just LOVE your videos. Been binge watching all of them. I have a question that NOBODY has an answer for. The back poly carbonate windows on the 720s. Looks like yours here are tinted. Do you know what type of film was used? Any issue with it bubbling from the off gases from the poly? Any help would be great. Ive been Trying to find answers for 2 years now.
