Ukrainian Bograch on Fire, a Lot of Meat, a STRONG goulash
Bograch is the most popular herb in Transcarpathia, like cooking in a cauldron on fire! Having become more expensive in Transcarpathia, this soup is the one we most often find on the menu of various Transcarpathian taverns! Bograch goulash is very tasty and delicious! Ale itself is called "bograch" from the Ugric meaning - "cauldron"
Ingredients:
3 kg of meat: pork, beef, lamb
300 grams of lard
300 grams of smoked brisket
2 large bulbs
1 large carrot
1 kg of sweet pepper
1 kg of crushed tomatoes
2 kg of potatoes
bitter pepper
Lard, black pepper, herbs, paprika, garlic, oil
