Few months back, based on a TH-cam video, I contacted them via WhatsApp. After 1 day they asked me to come in person. I traveled 25km one way and went to their shop. This blue shirt guy was in shop and didn’t even bother to respond properly. He asked me to contact via WhatsApp since he was busy. I replied “you only asked me to come in person and you are now asking me to message again”. He promised to reply and gave one more number. I left the shop and followed up for 2 days. Even after 2 days, he didn’t reply. Worst way of handling a customer. Pls don’t advertise if you can’t respect a customer
