    hello po, good day. Do you have any recommended proportion if using powdered flavors for milk tea (16oz and 22oz cup)? Should I use pure non dairy creamer or should i combine it with milk syrup?

    Ms. Riza, hi from Mexico! I just started selling bubble drinks and I have to say it's been a successful (🙏) I want to ask you if you had used or recommend a tapioca cooker machine. I've been making my tapioca on the stove but it take so much time and sometimes is not enough for the amount of clients. Thank you in advance for your assistance!!

      Hello Mexico! Congratulations on your new bubble tea business. All the best! There is one that you can use, Similar to this one chao.ph/collections/products/products/automatic-pearl-boiler-5-liter-900w Tapioca Pearls are best kept warm to maintain their consistency. Hope this helps!

    • @rizasri
      @rizasri  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@josephtolentino9607 In the video, I mentioned that you can not refrigerate the pearls. They tend to harden. I would not recommend that they are kept longer than 8 hours. For the taro milk tea, you can keep them refrigerated for at least 3 days. Best to make them a small batch a t a time if you are planning to sell. Please also check out my other video tutorials which would mention that I do not recommend pearls to be kept overnight. If by taro syrup you mean bottled taro syrup, you can keep them for ages as they would have preservatives in them - without refrigeration.
