You can't use the priest black mana to pay for the miner's trigger. The crime is commited when the priest's ability goes to the stack, so the miner's trigger goes to the stack on top of that. You need to pay for the miner's trigger before the priest's ability resolves.

and he have and the sac is the part of the cost of the ability so he can bring back the skeleton he didnt need to do another crime is a really nice loop
