What should we do for installing laptop 2.5 inch SATA SSD into CPU cabinet, will it safely work on 12 v or else we will give separate 5v voltage as shown in this video??

The old drive is running linux and i am trying to put windows 10 drive i did all the steps but when i get to the press f1 to boot press f1 and then it doesn't do anything
Sir, Mene Apne desktop me laptop ki 2.5" HDD lagai uske baad jab mene system boot kiya toh sabse pehle scanning drive ki loding chalti hai . or system on hone ke baad HDD proper show ho rahi hai or work bhi kar rahi hai. Lekin problem ye hai ki Jab bhi computer ko ON karta hu toh bar bar Scaning Disk ki loading chalti hai. Please koi solution bataiye 🙏
didn't latop hdd slow the performance of pc ?i do it and my pc went half performance ...idk i hear that the hdd from the laptop is much slower and didn t work that good to pc but anyways it work if u really want to put an laptop hdd to you r pc..

You cannot connect directly laptop hdd with desktop, Before that you have to cut 12v supply wires from connector that you are using with laptop hdd, Laptop hdd runs on 5v instead of 12v

You can install any windows on that hard drive,depends upon hard drive size.
So in this way, can we use it as default hard drive only?
