Hoglets (baby hedgehogs) are born without their quills so they don't injure their mother during gestation and birth. They grow their baby quills after birth and even later they shed those quills through a process called 'quilling' to grow in their adult quills which are more durable.

This is incredible!! I never would have thought to make them together as one and then separate them into two. I also love the extra pieces of hair you added on to Sonic’s side. My guess for the length of time u spent creating the fur is 6 hours…(3 on each side) 😅…I have to say it was worth however long you spent on it though! I’m also enjoying the editing…the way you cut to scenes from the movie! ❤

Yeah I've done some clay sculpting classes and they've helped tremendously with sculpting cakes!
