I'm nearly 75. Been riding Harley's since I was 14. I've owned many makes and models and I diss no one's ride but I'm still riding Harleys. I'm also a Bogan fan, I totally agree with you. Tom Boyte, Gy.Sgt. USMC, retired Vietnam 65-66/70-71
Agreed! Thank you for your service. My father got drafted at the end of Vietnam but I'm so glad after all his training he wasn't sent over. I most likely wouldn't be typing this if he was.
I stripped out one of my spark plugs on my sporty and it's stuck in there. I'm a fairly new harley owner, kind of at a loss not sure how to proceed. Any ideas from any of you old tymers, I'm at a loss. It's my main form of transportation as well
Well said mate. I ride a BMW but the spirit of every rider remains the same; we all have a bond that HD will not break. I am a great supporter of Danny and appreciate your efforts making this video. Well done from England.
Thank you for the comment. Well said to you, " the spirit remains the same". Yes we all ride for different reasons and at the same time for the same reason...We ( those that ride ) are H.D. ( or any other motorcycle company ) and MDB is us ( we all ride in the same spirit )...BMW, what's not to love, it's like a Rolex time piece...MDB is one of the tops ! It means a lot to me for the comments, as well as the support MDB is getting world wide...Ride safe and stay safe in Jolly ole England....one day I'd like to go there to go mud larking....cheers

I am so glad to hear you say this! I've been following Danny & have recently purchased my 1st Harley which has given me that sense of pride of being a part of that riders community.Danny has shown that riding to anywhere is good for the mind & the spirit.Good on you mate from New Zealand.
I’m a millennial, and I have only owned Harleys, and I agree that Harley is headed in the wrong direction. Really great video, and a great way to start a channel. I appreciate the production value as well, crisp audio, focused material, and quality video. I hope to see quite a bit more from you!
What makes Harley Davidson special are the people like yourself and Danny Hayes. Hell even myself. Harley Davidson think we owe them something. Without us they are nothing.
Hope MDB sees this. Couldn't have said it better myself. Just read an article this morning seems like the new COO of Harley is closing down stores and cutting labor world wide. U got a subscriber in me
Good onya mate, Danny is a legend here in Oz and I thank you for your kind words. I am now a supporter of yours. Keep up the good work Toughy, Australia.
Danny Hayes MDB is an extreme hd rider and has done so much for hd with his buddy Colin to make this corporate pc shit unbelievable hd need to apologise to both these guys
Thank you,Danny is a funny guy, they all are.I think if he had a cooking show making pancakes I'd watch it.man we all need a good laugh...cheers ride safe, ffej
Just found you and subscribed. Danny is a legend and Harley Davidson has dismissed him for all the wrong reasons. Nobody puts out the fantastic footage and entertainment he does. By the way I love your Man Cave. Cheers from Australia Mate 👍

Hey mate, I just saw your channel in my recommendations feed. I had only just posted a vid on this subject as well. Look forward to watching your content mate. Thanks for sticking up for our Aussie mate.
As a little kid I grew up around nothing but Harleys. Fell in love with everything about them and the people that rode them. Now that I'm grown, I was lucky enough to be able to get my very own Harley. 2002 Heritage Softail Classic. I've always felt the Harley community was my sense of belonging. You've got all walks, younger and older. Vets and civis. Harley-Davidson is as American as apple pie in my mind. Doesn't matter if I see the bar and shield on a vehicle, a store front or on the bikes, I always get a great big smile across my face, because I know this is one thing that unites us all. Thank you for your video! I may not be as "wise" as you, but I agree with everything you said about what they're doing to the brand. "They made the bike, we made it the Legend"!!👍🤘
Great video , new subscriber and I agree I too miss Danny,'s Vlogs. I did somehow come across your video here. I liked it and can relate as an older biker myself. I enjoy the hell out of my Streetglide but I too think HD corp. Is headed in the wrong way. Keep the rubber side down sir and enjoy the ride.
MDB...is doing the marketing job HD Corporate SHOULD be doing. Go anywhere adventuring on the bike you paid a lot for. Break something...great, you get to choose OEM or upgrade. Awesomes SALES opportunity. I thought HD was supposed to be about sales. Perhaps I missed something.
Also to add, he said something in Collins shop that wasn't PC...locker room stuff...they cussed and use slang that I'm not 100%of the translation...but I'm just a viewer like you...

I grew up on dirt bike, just bought my first Harley-Davidson at the age of 29 and holy shit was I missing out!!! There is no feeling like a Harley-Davidson between your legs!!
When I walk into my local dealer they DON'T make me feel at home! I loved watching the Bogan in the shop with the guys having fun. It kinda gave me hope the guys in the shops were one of us.. but I definitely don't feel like they are at my local stealership!
You're right on brother. I've been saying the same thing about Harley for years. Their website is an example of what you're talking about. It used to be a place for us old dudes that like to wrench on our bikes, to a place for Harley to sell clothes and jewelry.
Well said my brother I'm about your age and remember the AMF days. I remember not being able to get a Harley at the peak of HD. I was a dreamer and at the ripe old age of 56 I was finally able to buy a new Harley. Your right the culture made HD not the other way around! They got some serious competition coming from indian now and that's a good thing for all of us riders
Mate, this absolutely sums it up beautifully my wish is that HD hear the noise and really understand the value of what they stand for. Millennials will come, only if HD stands by its principals because they’re principals are or, were authentic, because eventually they will want to be apart of it. Don’t water it down. This tube explains it perfectly Well said my good man
I SO agree. “WE made that a legend”. I ride Harley-Davidson because my Grandpa rode Harley-Davidson. My fellow brothers and sisters that have and/or are serving ride Harley-Davidson.
WELL SAID., I also watch Dannys Blog and have a great laugh at him and Colin. ( H-D have lost there way. ) -I am a core Harley rider and have been for 28 years. Im just about to Part Exchange my Dyna Streetbob for a Softail Slim. I think it will be my last Bike as I am 75 yrs young. LONG LIVE, MILLION DOLLAR BOGAN.....All the Best from Spain
I have been riding for just under 40 years, and after seeing what HD did to Danny and Colin (The owner of Geelong Harley), have to say, I hope they reap the whirlwind, they have just created. Most fans of MDB, are going to jump ship, to other brands, mark my words.
@@andrewdods2236 I ride a 2006 Speedmaster. I wouldn't touch a Harley with the shitty end of a stick, after what they have done to Danny and Colin. I'd love to try the new Indians out, they look schmick!!

Well Said. i love what Danny MDB has done. i have a Harley and i have a Triumph too. i feel part of a bigger family and now everyone is coming together to support Danny. i look forward to seeing your content going forward. All the best Paul from the UK
Im 16 and I cant even ride yet. My girlfriends father has an old shovelhead that I've been working on. I'd never walked within 10 ft of a harley until 2 months ago but as I ask questions in the forums I feel like I belong in the family. Harley definitely has that spirit and that sense of community. And no matter what Harley corporate does i know that the community will still be there
You are spot on about the dealers. The one I used told HD UK to shove it.. one of the few to pay up front for his bikes, infact when HD forced a one off bike to every dealer they ended up with four as the other dealers couldn't sell in the time frame. The final straw for him was HD opening dealerships fifty mile away, not one but two. A car company reopened the dealership a bit later on but that didn't last to long. Then every bike DEALER, BMW Triumph ect got inundated with used Harleys, the HOG lot didn't want to ride that 50 miles for a service.. Luckily we had a few independents one was a dealer but told them to get lost when they wanted a shiny new show room, they were a dealer when shovels were new..
Well said, man! It took me 40 years of riding other motorcycles, but I finally got my first Harley-Davidson 5 years ago. Now, I have two and I'm making up for lost time. I hope H-D wakes up before it's too late and they realize that they're straying away from what made them what they are, and that they're abandoning riders, past and present, who made the Harley-Davidson brand the most recognized brand on the planet.
You would think so....but Harley Davidson attitude towards people and older Harley's..sorry...your obsolete..I'm able to work on my old Harley..but others not do lucky..but independent shops are now doing well...i like my old Harley but the shit they build now..its pathetic
I think it is a bit like saying "Loyal to my country, Always. Loyal to my Government, only when they deserve it" Loyal to Harley Davidson, the motorcycle. Always. Loyal to Harley Davidson Corporate, only when they deserve it
100% on point. HD now operated by money changers. HD needs to sit down together and watch the Wizard of OZ. The answers have been right in front of them all along. Care enough to ask, listen and take care of your customers. At the executive level where decision are made, Think about why you come to work and why you build bikes. They will tell you. Good speak. Ride safe and ride often. Peace
thank you Road Glide, Willie G wasn't like my best friend and I could call him, but many, many years ago I had a chance to talk to him. He was a biker, he himself was a consumer of his own product. He would ride to Daytona, Sturgis and check out the bikers what we we're doing to the bikes. Thats how i met him, he was just strolling around a open bike show....Marketing research is done different now...yes just ask us...thank you for watching and commenting, ride safe, ffej
shovelheadffej Customers will always tell you. Customer Care and Service is what keeps them. Both require recognizing that and then making it “front and center” of your core mission as a business. You are onto something. Slow & steady. Peace brother.
I’m not entirely certain you could’ve posted a better first video frankly. Congratulations on your channel, your first of many videos, your willingness to put yourself out there and to allow us to join you on the journey. Thank you and all the best to you and your viewers.
I wish you the best with your channel! I own a 17 Road Glide Special and drove the beast almost 40k miles while thoroughly enjoying every moment on the machine. It stirs my soul and puts a smile on my face unlike anything else out there. You do have a Nice collection of HD’s! Finally, I also wish Harley Davidson and Million Dollar Bogan the best!!
Great comments shovelheadffej and obviously heartfelt. It is people like you with experience and wisdom and folks like Danny Hayes that H-D should be actively using to promote their product and their brand. I don't know about you, but the whole brand ambassodor thing H-D did, giving "celebrities" a new Harley to play with really hacked me off, especially when aquaman proceeded to desecrate a great bike with a rattle can!! H-D and some of their dealers need to lose a lot of their arrogance, and remember they are only as good as their customers....you know, the folks that actually buy their bikes and pay their salaries. As a UK Harley owner myself, corporate H-D and especially the latest attempt by H-D to shoot themselves in the head with Million $ Bogan just leaves a bad taste in my mouth, especially as he does so much for mental health charities.
I'm 16 and I'm currently building a 1950 triumph chopper, making parts with my two hands and hunks of metal, and i just got my first harley of many, a 2000 dyna wide glide and it is my pride and joy equal to my 50s chopper
I Understand entirely why you feel strongly that the Million Dollar Bogan debacle should be the subject of your first video. Because a DEBACLE is what it is. Jeepers, HD should be showering Danny with bikes and freebies instead of trying to censor him. I've no doubt Bogan will be back, you cant keep a good bloke down, but it's a a crying shame that we might never be taken back into the Geelong dealership. Harley bigwigs....hang your heads in shame. Good luck with the channel Shovelhead, some very nice bikes there.
Well put my brother! I grew up poor and always wanted a Harley. I saved for years and finally was able to afford one and now I'm on my second. Its insulting when you spend over 30 grand on a bike and they seem forget you. I'm loyal to the brand but its the community that I love.
Cheers to the land down under, I'll probably never get there, I want to, I trust two wheels, but I don't trust two wings😎...Thank you and ride safe, ffej
I’ve rode all my adult life. Rode the same gold wing for 35 years. Just bought a 3 year old Harley touring bike. Love it. Now this moco corporate crap. Love the dealers and want to be a customer. I'm a younger guy, and one day a couple years ago, my other younger friend and I went into the local giant t-shirt store that is our Harley Davidson dealership. We were late 20s. There were about eight or nine salesmen chatting it up in a corner of the store, laughing loudly, as we browsed the bikes. The place had just opened, and we were the only ones there. It took about 15 minutes before one of them came and asked us if we needed anything. They just didn't seem to really care about us at all. Maybe they assumed we had no money? They would have been right, but they didn't even care to give us the time of day. A couple years later, and I've added a used Sportster to my collection of Japanese bikes. These things don't handle or stop like the sportbikes I've had, but they're absolutely cool and endearing. I love mine. The bikes are cool, but the company is absolutely steering itself into the iceberg.
"We made that!" Well said! H-D is spitting in the faces of everyone who has been loyal to the brand. I can honestly say that when I walk into a non-Harley dealership, it's like walking into a department store; when I walk into a Harley dealership, it's like walking into a family member's house. I've never been pressured or looked down upon or given a fake smile by anyone employed by the dealerships. I wish I could say the same for the corporate "suits". Harley will survive but it will be after it lands in the gutter and gets a reality check. Do they not remember the days before AMF bailed them out and then screwed them? "Those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it."

Great video and thank you for pointing out the obvious that people need to see. I'm a fairly new rider myself fixing to hit the one year mark, and first bike I new I was going to invest in was my Sportster, and why someone may ask when I could get something cheaper as a starter bike. It was because of the same things you talked about, the culture, the people, and the feel you get from the engine coming to life underneath you. And above all else cant for forget the heat coming from that engine on a hot summer day down in Texas. I look forward to watching more of your videos.
Yeah well said mate. Danni is a fucken legend. Like you said never seen anyone put a harley through it’s paces the way danni does and makes you laugh while doing it. And not to mention what he does for men’s mental health. Great video mate keep em coming from oz
Biking for over 48 years (& counting) this post really struck a cord with me. HD owners really needed this great video. I agree with it and the mass of follow up replies. Riding has always freed up my head and I’ve met a lot of fun people over the years. Crazy & unforgettable times. Burns in great memories & has built great lasting friendships. I also tune into Danny the MDB and love the shit out of his content, his style and attitude to all things. I get it and and love that he is himself - take it or leave it. I get worried for Collin at Geelong HD. In the 15 years of owning HD bikes I’ve never met a dealer principal who is as witty with such a dry sense of humour. Really makes me laugh and is a highlight in the series. I love his hands on approach. He cracks me up with his handling of Danny. Just as importantly he rightly sticks up for the motor company with valid points. I just wish I had access to his dealership to support him with my bikes. He’s old school generation from a dyed in the wool biker background who’s passionate for the brand. Just like most of us. Characters like Col and Danny and yourself are a lifeline that HD needs to grab onto. In recent times it’s hard to find a mix that works so well and appeals to so many of us riders. Personally think, if HD throw Geelong HD & Danny under the bus that would be a turning point in my time with HD. Shovel you’ve put out a great video at the perfect time. Lots of young millenniums still love seeing & hearing HD bikes. In my humble opinion, the motor company needs them to survive. Cut the over priced merchandising budget and back feed some of this into people like yourself and Danny & Colin to get even more exposure to people who relate to HD motorbikes. Shit a few more of them may even consider buying one of the thousand well cared for bikes out there. When was the last time any saw a dedicated HD tv commercial? Have subscribed and will keep an eye out for you. 👍👌👍

Harley is (or already has) lost their vision, and who they build motorcycles for, and who their customers are and what they want and represent. I hope they will get back into the right direction
Great job on your first video. I loved it, and you are absolutely correct! My dad always rode a Harley, and unfortunately I never got to ride with him (on my own bike) as the first Harley I ever owned was one of his, a 2002 Heritage Softail Springer, that I inherited when he died in 2015. My brother and my sister also inherited a Harley. My brother and I rode our dads bikes to Milwaukee for the 115th Anniversary in his honor in 2018 and spread some of his ashes at the HD Museum and purchased one of their "Living The Legend Rivets" for $1,500 instead of a headstone. I finally purchased a Harley myself in August 2020. A Used 2015 CVO Street Glide. I still have the Springer and always will, it is still my favorite. I am 37.

I have rode and raced bikes from the age of 6 years to just starting to build custom bikes at the age of 46. Bikes and petrol in my veins. All the best from the UK.
Very well said . You're exactly right H-D seems to be washing their hands of us older riders . I'm almost 70 years old & I tell people I was a biker before it was cool . I miss those days . H-D is trying to get the younger crowd at the expense of us older people . Take a look at some of the latest brand ambassadors . Young riders that cruise their respective town & surrounding areas . Young riders that think the Livewire is cool . Certainly not an older man that is subject to take that Harley out & see what it can do or where it can go . Sadly the MOCO is falling prey to the world's politically correct BS . It will be their downfall .
I have another bone to pick! Although I presently live on the East Coast, my heart still remains in Maui, my home. Jason Mamoa, shame, bruh! You should be speaking for the HD riders of not only Hawaii but the entire world. Sorry, shovelheadffej, I am upset.

YES ! It's the heart of man ( and ladies ) that leaves me standing in awe. It is about the man in the arena...and yeppers Hollywood seems to that....Ride safe and thank you, ffej
I disagree. Several films attracted new riders and brought many to HD. Hollywood as wicked and wayward as it has become produced some good films in the past that brought people in. Maybe I misunderstand your statement, but current HD marketing is trying to work with Momoa on some advertising and maybe that's what is upsetting you. Jason Momoa for all his faults made some pretty good motorcycle videos on his own over the last couple of years. I can't say he's going to be a benefit for the company, but HD marketing has some oddball plan and Zeitz being the big "Brand" centric CEO wants complete control of the "image" of HD. I would agree with you there!
General Prime, I agree about J.Moma, he has some excellent stuff, but I am confused with the message. Is he selling a past message of the olden days or trying to attract a younger crowd with old panheads and flathead. As a amature primitive wannabe film maker I love what he's doing in his film work. He's sorta on the age group demographic to be considered one of the old guys.I don't have any answers . I'm just a rider and just my opinion. Ffej
@@shovelheadffej I don't think he was really targeting or attempting to attract new riders with his personal films. They were just a homage to the riding spirit. Either way, HD was moved enough to work with him on some marketing. I like Jason but I don't think some marketing ads are going to bring young riders to HD. Maybe it will be something bigger, a movie? Don't discount the power of hollywood for selling motorcycles. I think hollywood has done more for this than you think. James Dean, Peter Fonda, Dennis Hopper, Steve McQueen, Arnold Schwarzenegger all sold motorcycles for HD with their movies. A lot of us don't forget that Harley couldn't even keep Motorcycles in the store in mid/late 90s. Back than it wasn't old timers buying them, everybody wanted em and paid above MSRP. Have a look at what Matt Laidlaw is doing with his crew and that's what captures the younger rider's spirit. HD needs to think about how to sell that customizing and touring spirit to the Youth. I'm in Tacoma Washington and have come across groups of riders that are 20-30 somethings, definitely a younger crowd and all of their bikes are modded for performance. HD needs to find these riders and research what draws them in and shape to it. In their desperately sinking stock state, I'm still amazed they don't slash prices on the livewire and move tons of those bikes. That electric is perfect for new riders with short attention spans.
@@grendelprime166 I would love to sit down and talk to you, I really love to hear another's point of view, but this is what we have, I agree 100% on Hollywood and H.D.. I guess my gripe with Hollywood is with Hollywood itself. As far as the film making aspect Jason M. is awesome, those are the types of images and film making I dream of doing...The best quote of the day was "That electric is perfect for new riders with short attention spans." my wife ask me why I was laughing, I rode one, they zip and I kinda want one, not at that price though ,and I sometimes have a very short attention span😁..ok you got me, cheers, ffej
I don't even like Harleys all that much but the passion you have sir made this one of the most entertaining motorcycle videos I've seen in a while. You gained a new subscriber today.
I like Daniel Hayes and his work. I truly believe he's a good brand ambassador doing things on a Harley no one else would dream of. But the joking around they did in the shop was bound to get them in trouble. And then they continued. I know it might be partially an Australian thing but it's a U.S. company and I don't think they realized the reach of his videos on TH-cam. Harley Davidson is not us. We are not a multi-billion dollar publicly owned corporation. Like it or not Harley Davidson has to make money and attract/retain investors. And by investors I don't mean guys like you and me buying 50-100 shares. Institutional investors who buy 5-20% of the company call the shots. Those guys get to choose board members and tell Harley what they like and don't like. If they hear about a video on TH-cam which could damage the brand they have the ability to call the CEO directly. If you want to make a statement, stop buying Harley products. If you really want to make a statement buy a bike from one of their competitors. That is what will get Harley's attention.
@@nbt3663 The joking around in the shop is what gets them in trouble. Plus Daniel's viewpoints on COVID and Government mandates. I'm not saying they damaged anything. I am saying a corporation would see it as risk and want to avoid it. That's all.
Yes, I agree.. I was hoping there was more meet on the bone, like was trying to by the dealership or at least some ownership. People are already buying other bikes. On a side note,, I dont think Harley will stand a chance with a new administration. They need to figure out a way to do a greater variety of bikes quickly. But they will always need a really set of Harleys in their basket. They also need to do a lot more with the weekend rides and motorcycle training as well. (Train young folks to ride and then put them with other riders.) Bogan will be back soon and it should be with HD's "blessing." Bogan, though hilarious, is not stupid. He is extremely creative in business. I never once thought he was offending the brand. If anything I believe he was helping it. The covid factor was true... but began has to worry about his own government throwing him IN JAIL!! Welcome to the new world.

that's a cool rant. Thank you. I really like the balance. I am about your age and love my RK. Years ago, I served in the Navy and we *all* had bikes in the 70s, and everyone really wanted a Harley no matter what they rode. I agree with you about almost everything you said; I disagree a little with your idea that the "suits" are going after millennials and leaving us old farts behind. I don't quite believe that is fair to the way business works. Is HD going to try to pursue younger generations? Of course they will, if they want to survive. Which we want, right? . . . I don't want HD to die when I hit the old folks home. So I want them to expand their demographics if they can. Also, I personally don't feel disenfranchised by any perceived direction, the way you seem to feel. I think HD swung for the fences with the m8 bikes and hit home runs. Freaking love them. I hate to see the internet break out into a pissing contest. Harleys are a source of joy, and we should enjoy them, stay optimistic, and support the company and Danny too.
Thanks Michael for watching and commenting...I am way better behind a camera than in front. I love the bikes H.D. are making, I can't wait for them to work all the bugs out of the livewire and dare I say I will own one...100% I don't want to see any pissing contest, there's more than enough of that to go around. Boy do I see both sides to this, H.D. has a brand to protect worldwide and MDB wants to make great content...I don't think they came down on MDB, they can't, I think it was on A franchise owner ( Collin ). I guess what I should have been more clear about is the direction of the PC culture worldwide and the fine line everyone has to tread not to offend anyone...I don't want H.D. to go by the wayside and I don't think it will, I see the numbers and no they aren't the greatest, but I'm not counting them out. It does seem that the younger generation rather get in a Uber than drive themselves, much less ride a motorcycle ....and yes on the M8, love mine...I don't know the MDB, I know through his content he has personal demons he deals with, and I love his content. I don't want him to get discouraged and stop making content...Hope my rambling made some sense, no matter what H.D. does or the MDB does, I'll still ride them. I'm not a H.D. or it's nothing kinda guy. I have a Vintage Goldwing and A Kawasaki ...and thank you for being in the military, that's something I couldn't do , even though I came from a military family...Thank you for your comment and I hope to post more content but focus more on the love of 2 wheels....ffej
::: Waves ::: I feel like I've known you for years. You speak from your heart and echo much of what is in mine. You nailed it when you spoke of Harley not having any support for older bike owners. I bought the only thing that was on my bucket list, a Harley. A '78 Sporty to be precise and when I went to my local dealership they could not help me because at the time they didn't go back any farther than '99. All well and fine, they are a business but when asked, they couldn't recommend anyone, either. There is no networking, and that is a major fail. Needless to say, that particular dealership is now closed. Learned my lesson, Whatever of their brand I do own, I usually buy off ebay or Craigslist. Ride safe, be well.

Mate, this absolutely sums it up beautifully my wish is that HD hear the noise and really understand the value of what they stand for. And no matter what Harley corporate does i know that the community will still be there
Well said man, I feel the same way about Ducati’s what Harley have done to MDB is disgraceful. You’ve got some impressive bikes man.
Hoping things will change....for a long time...ride safe,ffej
You would think so....but Harley Davidson attitude towards people and older Harley's..sorry...your obsolete..I'm able to work on my old Harley..but others not do lucky..but independent shops are now doing well...i like my old Harley but the shit they build now..its pathetic
I think it is a bit like saying "Loyal to my country, Always. Loyal to my Government, only when they deserve it"
Loyal to Harley Davidson, the motorcycle. Always. Loyal to Harley Davidson Corporate, only when they deserve it

This is one comment that I hope the twats at corporate read. Well said and articulated.

The world needs more people like him, and judging from the comments, there are...Thank you, ride safe....ffej
It’s amazing how many people just hate to hear the truth. Shiny side up👍
Biking for over 48 years (& counting) this post really struck a cord with me. 👍👌👍
Thank you Jon, what a great comment ! I feel that someone like you that takes the time to write out such a heartfelt comment deserve more than just short response, but from day one I said I would answer ever comment and sometimes it's tough to do because there are so many. I'm not a public speaker, everything I said was from my heart and spontaneous ( just like your comment ), I think that's why it resonated with so many. The old guys like us know something is going on, we are watching a slow motion crash...I am going do do A follow up video to this one soon...Thanks for watching and for the great comment and of course subbing.....ride safe, ffej
My Honda Fury is pretty sick and have had it for 7 years WITHOUT ANY ISSUES.. on the other hand my Harley Davidson Softail Deluxe at least once a month I'm fixing or replacing something
What year is the softail? Just curious, I've had old 2nd hand bikes that were junk and some that were perfect. Never had to touch them
😢
Yep. Hondas are Great bikes.
No truer words spoken: "I've never seen a Harley Davidson in a junkyard". Right on brother.
Well spoken Brother.. Australia 🇦🇺 in the House... F. T. W 🏍
F H.D.!
BOGANITE4LIFE!!!
I’m glad I found this this evening, I bought my first bike in 1983 when I was 20 it was an XLCH 1966, shortly after that I bought my 63 pan that I still have to this day 5 inch risers 16 inch apes
93 inch sidewinder from S&S , 105 foot pounds of torque 100 hp from a Panhead and I can’t tell you how awesome that is I have had that rigid frame pan head with those big ape hangers is standing straight up and down in front of a bar room full of people with me and my Wife on it
Good stuff, mate! cheers from Australia
Thank you.
Hi mate , fuzz from Australia ,, well said buddy,, Danny is a legend and I really hope that all these videos from supporter from all over the world get harleys attention ,, and quite frankly,, doing a better job promoting the brand than Jason momoa ,, subscribed and looking forward to your next video

Shit yeah! 👍👍🤜🤛🤙
Well said brother. Shovelheads forever. Freedom and respect is key. Building a shovelhead from boxes and a frame, that's me. Gotta love. Much respect brother. Thanks for sharing. GaMike 82fxwg 75fxe
I am 37.
Well done!, killer beard, and damn right I sub’d! 6 scooters in sight!
Thanks for the sub and the compliment on the beard, come Christmas time it's fun to watch the kids faces when the kids see me, white beard and red motorcycle 🎅...ffej
Same here!
Great video Shovelheadffej. Million Dollar Bogan is a fantastic channel one I only recently found but love it, truly funny channel with awesome content. Look forward to following your channel. I have rode and raced bikes from the age of 6 years to just starting to build custom bikes at the age of 46. Bikes and petrol in my veins. All the best from the UK.
Wish I had your talent....I'm much better at breaking things than fixing them. Thank you and ride safe, ffej
Very well said . You're exactly right H-D seems to be washing their hands of us older riders .
I'm almost 70 years old & I tell people I was a biker before it was cool . I miss those days .
H-D is trying to get the younger crowd at the expense of us older people . Take a look at
some of the latest brand ambassadors . Young riders that cruise their respective town &
surrounding areas . Young riders that think the Livewire is cool . Certainly not an older man
that is subject to take that Harley out & see what it can do or where it can go . Sadly the MOCO
is falling prey to the world's politically correct BS . It will be their downfall .
Sadly the world is changing and sometimes not for the better..thank you for the comment, ride safe, ffej
I have another bone to pick! Although I presently live on the East Coast, my heart still remains in Maui, my home. Jason Mamoa, shame, bruh! You should be speaking for the HD riders of not only Hawaii but the entire world. Sorry, shovelheadffej, I am upset.
The problem here is the Corp. and the bottom line and the fact that HD is no longer what it started out to be
Why does that always seem to be...thank you for watching and commenting...ride safe, ffej
U have gotten a fan for life ffej. I feel EXACTLY as u feel. I love the MDB channel too. Because he's just doing what he wants and having a damn good time doin it. But I like the direction u chose to take ur channel. U seem like a really cool guy that I'd probably like to ride with. I'll definitely watch all ur videos and comment with a 👍 each time. Stay safe!
Harley corp is trying to appease people who will never sling a leg over a bike. The suits don't ride and do not understand the Dilligaf culture.
it's a shame how many people either forgot or doesn't know about the freeing feeling of Dilligaf. ride, safe, ffej
Suits do Ride.
Here in Florida. Nearly every Lawyer has a HD and Rides. Many Doctors also ride HD.
@@brianmccann666 suits at harley.... ceo cfo etc
@@phillipmain6475 ... Ohh yeah the HD corporate CEOs will never Ride a bike.
I’m from Portugal, have also a Harley, and follow MDB since the beginning of the channel. I love HD and the spirit behind it. But this was not what We expected from Harley. Nice video and we will support the MDB from all over the world,. A big hug from Portugal 😉✌️
Say hello to Portugal for me and thank you...ride safe, ffej
When Harley went Hollywood that was the start of the downfall. And Dave Barr is the Man!!!
What did they do to damage the brand? I thought I watched every video.
Thank you for this channel brother! Great commentary

Agree thanks for making the video and sure hope Harley See's it to. Keep going MDB .
that's a cool rant.
Just found you and subscribed. Am a follower of M$B and a Geelong Harley Davidson customer.
