But I might try and watch some more NHRA races. and I am not big on Amazon Prime Video I have never used it I don't know if I want to.
I think the biggest thing about streaming everyone seems to miss is how it effects the schedule, with streaming we don't have to worry about being in something else's time slot, we have a race that gets delayed? If the track can handle it now NASCAR doesn't have pressure to end early. We have a lot of late cautions and we're pushing towards an OT restart string? Nothing else is coming on so let the boys at it! Wanna experiment with new tracks and such? Well viewers numbers don't matter because ads don't do as well monetarily on streaming platforms as they do with cable as is. It is a slippery slope and the hit to some fans wallets sucks but streaming opens up A LOT we aren't thinking of.
Heh, my dad and I hate this new deal. We've been watching since around 2008, and we only watch main TV races. We never had cable, and especially not paid for streaming services, so of course over the years we began watching less and less races. Now we will be able to only watch 9 races in 2025. That's a huge mistake by Nascar to only have 9 races on main free TV.😐
Same here, will be watching the 9 races, hope they lose their a$$ over this and put it back on main tv. Guess will be watching Xfinity races on the CW.
“if it is not on broadcast TV I’ll be watching it on the radio.” If you’ve never seen a race on radio you’re missing out. MRN and PRN have their own apps and websites.
Here's a thing I just noticed: in all 3 post-COVID seasons (22, 23, 24) the All-Star race was the 15th race on the schedule. And now FOX has it among it's 14 races. This pretty much guarantees an Easter break.
@@sharonjones3642if I recall TNF on Prime has their logo posted up and no cameras when the real network goes commercial. I am not fully sure on this though . However the NFL actually has TV timeouts though too.
I know MLB is very different from NASCAR. But, I can watch every 162 regular season baseball game for less than $200 a year. That includes special documentaries, MLB Network, Spring training, and Radio coverage. It is amazing and I love it! Although, NASCAR might cost over $100 monthly to watch just the 36 cup races alone. It might be cheaper to start flying out and attending the races lol.
I really don't like this deal, mainly because it now splits just the cup series of NASCAR to 8 different channels. My dad is a life long racing and NASCAR fan. He moved to the states from the middle of nowhereville, Makay, Australia back in the 80s because he was a top fuel drag racer and loved NASCAR. I spent my entire life growing up, racing gokarts, onto dirt cars and the younger ranks of NASCAR. While I was growing up, both of our lives were completely and utterly consumed by NASCAR and various other racing organizations to the point where I would miss over half of all school days in order to take part in a race half way across the coutry every week. My dad, has absolutely ZERO idea what channels NASCAR is going to be on and doesn't have subscriptions to the 5 different networks that you need in order to watch every race. A man, who spent his entire life in racing, who flew across the world in a time when Australia didn't even have color tv and the closest airport was a 6 hour drive on a dirt path to Melbourne, in order to be closer to it, can not even be bothered to learn the new tv schedule because it is too complicated. TLDR: This new tv deal is all over the place, and will lose viewship for the sport.
I cut the cord a couple years ago cuz times got tough financially. So im use to only seeing races on Fox/NBC. So now with streaming, I'll see even less races, but at least I'll get to see Xfinity races again. So i have mixed feelings. Im just not the die hard fan that i was 20 years ago and it doesn't look like accessibility is going to get any easier for older fans .
NASCAR is my favorite sport, and I watch every race. I live in Mexico, but it's impossible to watch it legally (with English commentators), so I have to resort to watching it on Twitch or some internet page. It's very frustrating, and this past year, I couldn't watch some races because of that.
I’m a 28 year old who up until now has had no way of watching the races because we don’t have cable or an antenna. I’ve almost exclusively listened to the races on mrn. With prime and max getting in it I can now actually watch the race so it’s a win for me.
Nascar uploads every race on TH-cam after a couple of days. Sure, it's not live broadcast, but it's a pretty good way to watch if you don't have access to the live broadcasts.
I recently adapted to these streaming platforms. I added Amazon prime and Peacock to my TV. After dumping Netflix, HBO showtime, and HBO max for Amazon prime and peacock im actually not spending as much money a month as i previously was. As stubborn as i am, ill adapt to it and build a cheatsheet to put on my fridge to remind me what practices and qualifying sessions are on what channels lol. Ive always had TH-cam TV as well, so I'll have everything on my TV in regards to nascar. Im still not a huge fan of the switch, but I'll adjust.
Biggest thing I don’t like is how many are on cable. Cable is a hella lot more expensive then streaming is for me and my family. So I may just listen to the radio for those’s races. But that’s my only real problem.
If I want to watch my football team play, I know what channel they’ll be on. Same channel, every week. I don’t want to have to Google every week to find where to watch.
If people who are interested in the series can't watch it on TV/streaming because they dont have the right subscription they might just go and attend these races in person. It's really interesting to think about what the tracks make of this deal, do they want to reach most people on TV (broadcast) or opt for the new streaming service...
One note, as someone who listens to MRN, which is wholly owned by NASCAR, usually calls out weird/bad calls by officiating, but not becasue they want to be unbiased, but becasue NASCAR loves drama. Bad calls create drama, and if that will get more clicks, NASCAR productions will talk about it.
I will say this. Your channel brought me back to paying attention to Nascar races after a 20 year break. I still will not attend an event or spend the hours necessary to watch a race. I can spend 30 minutes between you & extended highlights to see what happened fir very little cost. Plus I know exactly where those are located.
I like the new set up. Nascar needs to grow and I support any way they go. My family hasn't used cable in years and it's Nascar evolving with today's culture
I hope practice and qualifying get some more content , with no commercials too fill time on streaming you’d be looking at like bearly an hour of content. Maybe we can finally go back to getting interviews with the whole field instead of just the pole winner and the poplar guys
My biggest question is will Prime and TNT produce their own race coverage? TNT and NBC shared resources in the 2000s, and with how challenging and expensive it is to broadcast NASCAR I would have to wonder if these broadcast partners plan on sharing resources again. Potential scenarios include: 1. FOX produces the 5 Prime Video races, NBC produces the 5 TNT broadcasts 2. Prime and TNT share resources and those 10 races look the same 3. NASCAR Productions produces the 10 races for Prime Video and TNT 4. Prime Video does their own thing. Perhaps an alternate feed or two like they do with their NFL broadcasts 5. Least likely option but with the investments in the new NASCAR Productions facility and NP already doing the CW Xfinity broadcasts, does NASCAR follow F1's model and produce a world feed that the FOX/Prime/TNT/NBC adds their graphics and talent like Sky Sports does? I DON'T think this will happen but I'd have to think it has at least been considered. Looking forward to something new for a change when it comes to NASCAR on TV. Just a shame we gotta wait well over a year for it.
Get TH-cam tv and cut your cord .., cause if you didn’t have cable you didn’t watch every race already anyway … which means all you did was write a comment just to bitch about nascar … every sport is moving to streaming nothing can be done to change that
So, I think one of the reasons they are having lower viewing is that a lot have cut the cord, and the ability to get FS1 also costs, along with these other other streaming Apps you have to pay for. Been a NASCAR fan all my 67 yrs, but I turns me away when most of the races are broadcast elsewhere. You bring most of it back to regular TV, your viewing i believe will go back up. I know it's business but, without us that will turn more away, which it has done sometimes with me.
This reminds me of the late 90’s/early 2000’s where races were not as often on regular TV. 2025 only has 9 points paying races, for regular TV comparison 1997 7 races, 1998 8 races, 1999 & 2000 had 10. Looks like we’ll be watching a lot of xfinity in 2025. Nascar may put the whole race replays on TH-cam a day or two after the fact like they do now.
I'm old enough to remember when we had TNN, CBS, TBS, and ESPN all in the same season, not to mention when things would get booted to ESPN2 (Which I didn't get at that time) It really does feel like I'm in this weird spot where I'm old enough to remember how popular NASCAR was in the 90's and most discourse I see now acts like it wasn't until after the original FOX & NBC deal in 2001 and Talladega Nights is when it became mainstream. Point I'm getting at is, it's not like we haven't had this many broadcast partners before, and I argue that at that time, it was big enough and promoted much better back then that people could find it. I get that more elderly people will have issues finding the Amazon races, but as far as the casual person or someone finding the races, the broadcast partners need to start promoting better. I never see ads promoting on social media anything outside the Daytona 500, but you can bet I will get a million different football ads every day for NFL and college when I don't even follow anything football related
It's worth pointing out the the TV deal adds up to 38 races. If the 14 fox races include the all star and clash, it likely means they're giving up 2 points races, one of them being the coke 600, since the coke 600 is the 16th race of the 2024 schedule including the clash and all star. If fox is getting 14 points races, it means nascar plans to expand the schedule adding 2 more races. Either way, it implies nascar is gonna make some big changes to the 2025 schedule
The new broadcast package is similar to the NFL: CBS, Fox, ESPN, NFL Network, Amazon Prime (+Nickelodeon and NFL RedZone). I think that is NASCAR'S model. "If it works for football,..."
The new tv deal has effectively priced me out of watching any races. I can’t afford 100 dollars to line the pockets of NASCAR. Guess I will have to depend on TH-cam to get what I can find for free after the race is over. ITS ALL ABOUT GREED IN MY OPINION. l love racing but not like I used to. It’s a rich man’s sport and it has finally priced me out. By the way I’m 79 years old and have enjoyed racing for over 40 years but no more after all this B. S. If they loose my generation and aren’t attracting the younger generation then NASCAR may be doomed.
I don’t see Formula 1 surpassing NASCAR anytime soon in overall audience. However at the end of the next television deal who knows. Plus Indycar isn’t doing all that well right now. So we will see what happens in the future.
As a Canadian I have concerns. I watch through TSN (their streaming service not through their cable channels) who picks up the current races from both fox and nbc. Decent price. $22 a month or so last time I checks. I have prime, but tnt…I don’t think I can even get that here…hopefully tsn picks it up so I still have access to a full season.
Luckily I’ve got all of the apps/stations for NASCAR to be . Not really any different when most races where on cable and I didn’t have that growing up.
Don't understand why fans would be upset about this, just Google what channel / platform the race will be on. Been doing that same thing with other sports for years
This was a great deal! I’m SO SICK of the old fans who’ve bitched for YEARS! It’s time for the new young fans to join in and create a culture that isn’t festered with bitter old fans who do nothing but say “NASCAR died with Dale”…it was 22 years ago…so go away already!
Eric: Thanks for the break-down. Easy answers here for Nascar: wanna win over the 'younger audience'? drop the full-screen commercials. ALL of soccer goes Commercial-free for 45+ minutes each half. F1 uses 1 sponsor for the US broadcast in ESPN and goes FULL Commercial free and not just the race but all post-race things too, until champagne happens. NFL, unless it's an injury RARELY goes full-screen commercials. STOP going full-screen during green flags, don't come back for JUST pit stops of lead lap cars when yellow. FIX THE BROADCASTING RULES. You have a chance to CHANGE EVERYTHING with Amazon races... there is ZERO EXCUSES for ads when doing STREAMING-ONLY. Also, for the cable channels, PLEASE for the love of GOD stop showing the same 4-6 ads for EVERY. F%&*ING. Commercial break. 25% of the races on over-the-air channels is F$%&ing pathetic.
just disagree regarding the NFL, there is a ton of full screen commercials. During green flags it's outright a disrespect. Here in Brazil for F1 we are getting split screen for F1 and soccer on free and cable. It's not really a lot, so I can't complain it. If they start doing full screen commercials in green for F1 here, people will riot. For soccer? No one is crazy enough to even think about thinking such thing.
Not a fan of bringing in Amazon for streams. They've basically become the Disney of live sports. Too bad NASCAR wasn't willing to air races on TV and offer a streaming package for the whole season instead of breaking it up like this.
@@johnhaas2523 I get that, but they're basically approaching this broadcast deal the same way teams approach car sponsorship these days. NASCAR is facing an identity crisis, and fans have been complaining that they can't even tell cars apart because team colors change weekend from weekend. A sporadic broadcasting schedule is going to make things worse and harder for fans to follow IMO. They really should have bit the bullet and took a smaller deal for less networks. I feel like this new contract is going to come back to bite them.
speaking for my country, likely not much. Nascar has never been a super product here in Brazil, so we don't get a bidding war for rights. Generally we have only one broadcaster. Our current deal ends next year as well, my sincere bet is that Bandsports (our broadcaster here) retains the rights. There are no serious clash with F1 coverage (they get practices and qualis for F1), so I don't see a main reason for them to give the rights away hapeening.
Back in the day, Daytona 500 was on CBS, then races would either be on TNN, TBS, ABC, ESPN throughout the year with no consistent pattern. Aside from the five races streamed, you guys will be fine finding these races
(31 years of age here for context) I'm unhappy that there will be fewer races on big FOX or big NBC. I don't have cable, never have since I moved out of my parents' house. Not going to get it. I don't have Amazon Prime either. I have before, but not currently. I would get it for a couple months to watch NASCAR. Unlike cable, it's cheap and I can just dump it as soon as their 5-race stretch is over. No clue how much "MAX" costs. I'm guessing a decent bit more. If NASCAR wants more people to care about the playoffs, though, putting fewer races on broadcast TV is not the way to do it. Looking forward to getting to watch the Xfinity Series, though!
Nope. I have never had any service that provides live TV. It just isn't worth $50+ a month to me. I don't watch much TV. Though I'm guessing unlike cable there's no nasty contracts with these services.
I don’t have TNT and I won’t be spending more to get it. I’m disappointed as I normally watch everything but whatever. I’ll watch what I can. I think NASCAR will see viewership drop, but I hope not.
Said another way - there was no single deal at a price NASCAR was willing to accept to put everything on FOX or NBC, or anywhere else. No single source was wanting to be all in. Anyone who thinks NASCAR wants to split all these relationships and manage all of them are not understanding today’s marketplace.
One thing that I don’t understand about the more money argument is that 150 million Americans have access to Amazon prime video already, right? And as you mentioned about the cable packages, if you have FS1, you’re likely to have TNT. I don’t see that it increases costs for most Americans by all that much. Will some people have to become new subscribers because of this? Yes, I’m sure they will. But it would be foolish of NASCAR and a disservice to the teams if they did not take this deal. The other thing that makes me chuckle is the notion that it is going to be complicated to find which channel a race will be on. It’s 2023 and very nearly 2024. You have nearly unlimited access to information with a 2 1/2 x 5”rectangular block that settles into the palm of your hand. I don’t care what anyone says. Finding what channel a sports program is on is not difficult. And if you say that it is, more power to you.
I would love to see NASCAR on uk tv , I remember around 2018/19 some channel broadcasted the Daytona 500 as a one off but since then I don’t recall any other nascar races being broadcasted
In the UK myself via play had the clash on but it’s another subscription £11.99 pm I believe they are showing the the Daytona 500 but a few days later?
This is a follow up kinda to the creed news. Since jgr started having 2 or more full time drivers , 1 has always lagged behind (7th-13th) and 1 being a championship contender. Exceptions being 2020 where despite 7 wins from Harrison and jones and 0 from Riley , they were all mid . And 2021 where hemric didn’t win till the last race while Harrison and jones were once again mid and winless. 2018,2019,2022,2023 all had 1 guy be the ass kicker and 1 guy just run 10th. Of course for 3 of those seasons it was Brandon jones and another was a rookie Sammy smith but still. Something to look at with chandler and creed .
I'm 58 yrs old I've been a loyal NASCAR fan since I was 12. Nascar trying new things is ok as long as they don't forget it's fans that indirectly pay the bills. Letting TV dictate what you do as a sport is flat out wrong. Not to get political but we all know whose running most of these networks - fox of course. Keep the great content coming my friend.
Anyone who thinks this is too complicated needs to look at the early 2000's schedule 🤣 In all seriosuness, I do expect average viewership to go slightly down, but with the new deal being an upgrade, finding sponsors will actually be easier since sponsors wont have to dish out nearly as much money to slap their logo on a car as they do now. This also, in theory, removes the need for pay drivers. Also $100 a month compared to $230 for cable, its a no brainer.
I've been a nascar fan since Dale Earnhardt broke into fold. I've watched a lot and attended around 20 races, mostly the 600. My racing buddies and myself have witnessed first hand nascar leaving their true fans, the fans that put them where they are, behind . 😢, from squeezing out tent camping, squeezing out small campers to now reaching out of the tv to charge us an attendance fee to watch !!! What the what ? Heck I live less than 50 miles from Wilkesboro and can't afford to go to the all star race because you can't buy single tickets. Only weekend packages, which means it makes sense to camp all weekend rite? Yeah, rite then you got to pay for that. It's all about the money . Guess I'll settle for the cw , and x-finity 😊
Every race should have a broadcast option and a streaming option.

Twitch is free and every race will be on there as always.
Solid point my friend. Never realized this glaring benefit for the fans. Chicago race this year alone was influenced by the national tv timeslot.
Cable is a dying breed. In the near future cable won't be a thing at all
@mjsultimate
True. We watch a few of those when we can.
A 40 percentage increase in revenue to NASCAR just means that we will have 100 percent increase in commercials.
Maybe the Amazon programming won't have commercials. I got Peacock with no commercials to watch live Moto, Indy and IMSA racing.
@@sharonjones3642no ads just a black screen🤣 idk whats worse
Yeah just split fuel cost and you'll probably even save money
Indianapolis went from $35 in 2023 to $50 in 2024 for general admission. They’ll get it any way they can
I'm saying the same thing I pay $200 a year for MLB whole season and 150 a year for the NBA whole season why NASCAR could not pay $250 to $300 a year
There's massive local TV deals in baseball that allow it... and that's why there are local blackouts with MLBTV.
@@stevenrosenthal720 maybe you should find another hobby lol
@@johnhaas2523 oh no I remember those days. But just because I'm bashing the current TV deal doesn't mean previous deals were perfect.
All the amazon races will be streamed for free on twitch tv as well thats what the do with thursday night football
An antenna is 10 bucks in the back of your tv. How do you not have one? You could even find one in the garbage there everywhere and its free tv.
the radio broadcasts suck so bad. better to just torrent the race on Monday than to listen to the terrible radio broadcasts :)
@@chrisw443❤
Im still not a huge fan of the switch, but I'll adjust.
thanks for making the easy-to-read graphics. the new changes are a wrinkle in our routine, but your presentation smooths out any misunderstanding.
I can’t imagine not being able to sell your top series to ONE live-streaming service 🙄 I guess I’m gonna miss the Amazon potentially the TNT stretch…
If they would add a NASCAR subscription like F1 where you can stream every race.
Biggest thing I don’t like is how many are on cable. Cable is a hella lot more expensive then streaming is for me and my family. So I may just listen to the radio for those’s races. But that’s my only real problem.
You tube tv
Hey Nascar -- 69 yrs, retired, fixed income -- have u tube -- looks like I am go n 2 miss a few races etc.. THANX !!!!
If I want to watch my football team play, I know what channel they’ll be on. Same channel, every week. I don’t want to have to Google every week to find where to watch.
Big Canadian NASCAR fan over here just waiting to hear where to watch in a couple years.
Same here
TSN
@@lolimadethisvid international rights are up for renewal in 2025
If people who are interested in the series can't watch it on TV/streaming because they dont have the right subscription they might just go and attend these races in person.
A great way to lose fans. Put your product on too many platforms that most people don't/can't/won't have access to.
The real question is, will Prime stream the races on twitch like they stream Thursday night football?
I’ve heard that they will but can’t confirm 100%
My biggest question is will Prime and TNT produce their own race coverage? TNT and NBC shared resources in the 2000s, and with how challenging and expensive it is to broadcast NASCAR I would have to wonder if these broadcast partners plan on sharing resources again. Potential scenarios include:
1. FOX produces the 5 Prime Video races, NBC produces the 5 TNT broadcasts
2. Prime and TNT share resources and those 10 races look the same
3. NASCAR Productions produces the 10 races for Prime Video and TNT
4. Prime Video does their own thing. Perhaps an alternate feed or two like they do with their NFL broadcasts
Just a shame we gotta wait well over a year for it.
i do wonder who’s gonna commentate the prime and TNT races… i think i speak for most that we want allen bestwick back
Nothing to understand, i’m not paying to stream.
Get TH-cam tv and cut your cord .., cause if you didn’t have cable you didn’t watch every race already anyway … which means all you did was write a comment just to bitch about nascar … every sport is moving to streaming nothing can be done to change that
It impacts me. I’ll only be able to see 10 races a year.
Liking the look of your studio. Great job. Love your NASCAR coverage. Keep it up.
They''ll likely show more commercial breaks (if that is possible) across the board. That aspect is ruining it.
Could we see a scenario where some Xfinity series races get more rating than a cup race ??
Especially once we get to the streaming races
We will and it'll embarrass the hell outta the cup series.
By the time 2031 gets here, cable may not exist, so its good that they are moving away from it. Hopefully the next deal in 2032 will be all streaming
Wondering how cw will do picture and picture meaning hopefully during the whole race
I wish the truck series had TNT/NBC instead of FS1
This reminds me of the late 90’s/early 2000’s where races were not as often on regular TV. 2025 only has 9 points paying races, for regular TV comparison 1997 7 races, 1998 8 races, 1999 & 2000 had 10.
Looks like we’ll be watching a lot of xfinity in 2025. Nascar may put the whole race replays on TH-cam a day or two after the fact like they do now.
NASCAR should have kept the SPEED CHANNEL
I'm old enough to remember when we had TNN, CBS, TBS, and ESPN all in the same season, not to mention when things would get booted to ESPN2 (Which I didn't get at that time)
It really does feel like I'm in this weird spot where I'm old enough to remember how popular NASCAR was in the 90's and most discourse I see now acts like it wasn't until after the original FOX & NBC deal in 2001 and Talladega Nights is when it became mainstream.
Either way, it implies nascar is gonna make some big changes to the 2025 schedule
ngl i really dont like this deal. i was hoping theyd all be on TV with the option to stream, not exclusively streaming or exclusively TV
@@johnhaas2523 great point
Considering the awful news we’ve been hearing about Indycar lately I honestly think nascar is doing pretty well, maybe not great but pretty stable
Ya the sad thing about Indycar is that it's still recovering from the split despite the racing product
For all Indycar's problems though it has a more fan friendly TV deal.
I don’t see Formula 1 surpassing NASCAR anytime soon in overall audience. However at the end of the next television deal who knows. Plus Indycar isn’t doing all that well right now. So we will see what happens in the future.
nascar should have races on youtube
U ain't loyal if u ain't willing to cheer on change
Why can’t they do every race on network TV and streaming at the same time?
@@johnhaas2523 wrong English
And let me tell you. I don't watch NASCAR on Fox. 2:32 I'm not going to touch it with a 25-ft pole.
FINALLY SOMEONE SAID IT! THANK YOU ERIC! NASCAR is leaving behind their loyal viewers. Never been a good move by them.
Yeah, whether Nascar likes it or not, the loyal viewers are the main free TV viewers.
We need Spanish announcers did you ever hear them when they get a goal in soccer. Oh my God those announcers bring the energy when they get a score.
Hopefully like the NFL on Prime NASCAR on Prime will be available on Twitch for free.
5 races on Amazon sucks, i like to record the race then watch it, to try to avoid commercials
I’m thankful for those that stream the international feed for free. No commercials and no multiple channels and apps to sort through.
Im worried how this is gonna efect the international viewers. I have to subscripe to multiple channels already to see all the races.
speaking for my country, likely not much.
What I don’t like is, with the current schedule Amazon would broadcast the Coke 600…
By the way -- OG here -- used to race with a young E Irvan in Stockton 99 Speedway in the 70`s -- Nascar lifetime #1 sport -- HUGELY DISSAPPOINTED !!!
Back in the day, Daytona 500 was on CBS, then races would either be on TNN, TBS, ABC, ESPN throughout the year with no consistent pattern. Aside from the five races streamed, you guys will be fine finding these races
yes, the contracts were made by each track with the TV's. 2001 was the first unified contract nascar ever had
It's not anymore complicated than it was in the 90s. CBS, ESPN, abc, tbs, tnn
(31 years of age here for context)
I'm unhappy that there will be fewer races on big FOX or big NBC.

So glad you make videos keeps me up too date on the world of nascar even in the offseason. Do you have merch? i want that hoodie
this sparks many ideas on the broadcasting for 2025 i wanna see kyle petty allen and maybe some more people

Said another way - there was no single deal at a price NASCAR was willing to accept to put everything on FOX or NBC, or anywhere else. No single source was wanting to be all in. Anyone who thinks NASCAR wants to split all these relationships and manage all of them are not understanding today’s marketplace.
My perfect world:
14 Races on Big Fox
5 Races on Prime
19 races on NBC or Peacock
Does anyone know how commercials we will get flooded with? We can all agree I think we get way too many commercials!
It's pretty simple in Canada TSN for Cup & Xfinity and Fox Sports racing for Trucks.
the only racing i get to see is on max
I’m in Canada. We currently get NASCAR races on TSN regardless of whether the races are on Fox or NBC.
I also often listen to the races if I’m driving on Sirius XM 90.
Thanks for the rundown Eric, interesting times indeed. I wish NASCAR had a larger connection with TH-cam.
What's the situation for Canadian viewers like myself? Is the whole season still going to be on TSN?
That’s what I’m hoping too.🤞
They'll all be on TSN as usual
TH-cam tv is the most cost efficient way to go, has all the channels minus Prime🤷♂️
And you can share logins if you and those people you want to share with are in the same geographical area.
I don't have prime
I’m in my 20s watching nascar since I was a baby will never leave
I see Radio coverage in my future. Also please ask NASCAR if the Truck Series Analysis’ are going to be in a Studio or at the Track each race.
Anyone who thinks this is too complicated needs to look at the early 2000's schedule 🤣
In all seriosuness, I do expect average viewership to go slightly down, but with the new deal being an upgrade, finding sponsors will actually be easier since sponsors wont have to dish out nearly as much money to slap their logo on a car as they do now.
Guess I'll settle for the cw , and x-finity
😊
