Thanks for your great tutorials!, I have a similar Lexys Sync controller connected to a 750kVA generator, however at times it displays an error *GCB FAILURE and proceeds to trip the breaker, but after some time it operates normally and closes automatically. Is there a way to troubleshoot and rectify it, or disable it?
Does the error appear when the GCB tempt to close or after it closes and runs for some time? when the error appears does it shut down the engine or its trip but the engine continues to run?
@@electreca1 the error appears after the GCB closes and runs for some time. In one instant it appeared while running and supporting a load, and the breaker tripped but the engine continued to run.
Create a tutorial on generator synchronizing, that is multiple generators connected for the purpose of load sharing. How is that implemented practically sir?
I would like to know how you interface the generator controller with the ATS
Which port numbers are used to connect ATS (signal cable)
Can I use this controller intelicompact software of comap controller.
Or do I need different software?
