It is a circulation of a vortex for which the velocity is Vinf at the distance 2R from the origin (or equivalently the circulation of a vortex for which the velocity is 2Vinf at the distance R from the origin) and that rotates in opposite direction with respect the vortex we are superimposing.Why is it like that?
