OMG!!! How did I find this?! You girls make me so happy to see you all kicking! I am the girl who did the kick in the music video into the split! I was just being silly, did it, and the choreographer told me to put it into the video when we were shooting it. Who knew I'd inspire so many of you to kick. So... keep kicking it, girls!!! :)
This was absolutely AMAZING! I love the ripples and the formations and the wave with the pom poms. The ripples and such are really hard to get so exact and looking that fluid, and I know that can sometimes take a while to perfect, but your team nailed it all. Don't listen to the people that say rude things about it cause you guys ROCKED!!!!!

The patterns are beautiful, there is a little too much transition/moving and not enough kicking. However, you guys pick beautifully! I don't understand why you don't do more.
Definitely loved the music choice and routine but head snaps and the entire routine itself could have been more cleaner and sharper, it would have added more affect and really wowed a lot of people.

You don't really use poms when you do a Kick routine if you use poms it's more of a Pom routine unless you make transitions where you drop the poms before doing the kicks and after wards you pick them back up in a creative way :P
Lilly Pereida yeah like if after they do the kick line thingy they can do a domino effect and pick up their pom Poms while doing cartwheels if they all can do that

Hazeybaby, I just love how the people who not necessarily "hate", but try to be better than our dance don't have any videos of their own or if they do.. They should take their own advice. How would a person on a team that "sucks" know what terrible technique is? And they're running because it makes sense to run.. don't cha think so? well for us a high kick is measured as at eye level or above so I'm going off that.
I'm sure if you can hit your face that's quite an accomplishment and looks way better.
Creative transitions and good visuals. Take that routine to a competition and it would not place well in the kick category. Kick routines are composed of kicks and technique. Chins up. Head snaps together. Hit moves harder on counts as a whole.

The dance was very well together, the thing your lacking and might just be the reason why the dance was not a popular demand for others is the KICKS. This is not anything negative, I just feel as though it should have been presented as a POM, instead of a KICK ROUTINE. Also another thing that was a set back was lack of HAPPINESS shown on the girls faces, This dance was some what bored but as a team it showed that you guys took it and ran with it. I hope you all are blessed and continue dancing.

If you put the shorter members on the inside and the taller ones on the outside, it will eliminate the running issue. Also, there was great ideas and formations, but the transitions were way to long. The team literally did trans on the count, every count. Next time, find a trans that flows better. Instead of stopping a kick on eight and beginning the new trans on 2 (example) use 'and' one to start the new one.

Im just giving my opinion, being on a dance team myself, and winning state 3 timesin kick. If it IS a kick routine. You didn't kick half of the dance and twice i counted up to 4 eight counts of just walking.. Yes the pom part was very good, but this isn't a pom/dance routine. Ya'll might not even take this to competitions, but i'm just saying. You all have good technique and are completely together. I'm just stating the obvious. Once again, just stating my opinion. I'm not a hater...
Okay, that wasn't the best. The dancing was good. But y'alls kicks could be a tad bit higher. Like, my schools dance team, is awesome. When they kick every girl kicks her nose. So, I'd work on those kick. If they were higher, y'all would AWESOME :) Just trying to help
