@@mandeefarley1399 I bet it's a lot like this; when my late husband was sttll alive & my 4 kids were still young & living at home, then I also ate a lot more regularly back then, because I was looking out for the other's in my family to be in good health, have energy and all. Now that it's just me it's a lot harder for me to eat 3 times a day every day because #1) I'm not cooking every day as much as I did then, just to feed me. Also #2) I can go all day before I'll get hungry (near to 6 to 8 p.m.) and skip a lot of meals all the time, on my own like this. I dont think of it. So, now with the 7 guys no longer constantly together, at one house, all the time, now that their entire staff is not with the group every day, making sure meals are ptovided, on locations or while taping shows, touring etc., and now without their other 6 members there every day, all day long, reminding each other to eat, that it's time to eat,then now it's more of a challenge to eat regularly, as healthdully too, when you're now living on yor own.The same with their sleep schedules, with no roommate you cfan stay up as long as you want to cause you're not bothering anyone so these are habits they have to take on themselves to develop now. One of the reasons, at their ages, they needed this break time to further develop their individual selves.

So, now with the 7 guys no longer constantly together, at one house, all the time, now that their entire staff is not with the group every day, making sure meals are ptovided, on locations or while taping shows, touring etc., and now without their other 6 members there every day, all day long, reminding each other to eat, that it's time to eat,then now it's more of a challenge to eat regularly, as healthdully too, when you're now living on yor own.The same with their sleep schedules, with no roommate you cfan stay up as long as you want to cause you're not bothering anyone so these are habits they have to take on themselves to develop now. One of the reasons, at their ages, they needed this break time to further develop their individual selves.
