I think Aquaman 2 will definitely take a hit. Maybe not bomb, but going from 1.1 billion to say 600-800 million would that be enough to wake them up? Yeah probably.
I definitely hope so. Part of me though, possibly the cynical part, feels like they would find some way to skirt around the issue and make up some BS about how there's limited interest in Aquaman right now or something to deflect blame from themselves. It seems like that's what these Hollywood people always do is they pass the blame around instead of ever accepting that they're the reason something doesn't do well. It's always someone else's fault.

If Aquaman releases in China first and COVID is gone by next year then no it won't flop. Because the first one made a billion dollars cause of China because that country will allow any movies aslong as the visuals and action are good.

People have been saying Amber Heard being in Aquaman 2 for 10 minutes is too much. I’ve figured out the perfect solution.
Step 1: Reduce the time she’s on screen to 10 seconds.
Step 2: Make those 10 seconds her character getting mauled by the Sea Bear from SpongeBob.

I try not to be one of those “This good. That bad” people, but when it’s so painfully obvious who the perpetrator is, but the innocent person was punished instead, it’s infuriating.

It's absolutely heartbreaking how this awful woman has not only torn down an incredibly kind and sweet man, but also ripped through the already minimal belief and support DV victims had by lying so globally and loudly. This kind of abuse is so rarely gets reported, let alone prosecuted, and abusers get away with murder, some times literally.
My only hope is that through all of this, male survivors can see the love and support Johnny has been getting, and be inspired to seek safety and support while they escape their abusers.

If their not going to do anything about Mrs. Heard, then we the people will do something about it. This is more than fair considering their has been no consequences to her actions. On the other hand, Mr. Depp has lost "nothing less than everything". If Mr. Depp doesn't win the case just know one thing, their will be an outrage like never before. I think the MeTo movement is in general a good thing, so when someone like miss heard abuses (pun not intended) it and perverts the very real issues of abuse, and sexual assault for her own gain it just tarnishes all the real victims with real experiences of abuse

A lot of the information from the trial. I feel as though both were at fault for something. Much more faults are steered towards Amber and she was more of the instigator. I don't trust tabloids and "Scoopers". But I feel as though Jay has some really great insight.

I don’t understand how the fans don’t matter to DC, then they wonder why they can’t compete with marvel. And they (as much as I hate to say this) are the type of people who’d blame the fans for their lack of success, like they (WB) clearly made a judgement call on Johnny Depp and decided that whether or not he was guilty would be bad publicity but they didn’t care to consider the other side? I’m personally in support of Johnny but from the company’s perspective I would’ve fired both and stay as far away from the whole scandal.

Amber Heard & Ezra Miller. DC/Warner Bros should see these events as a learning lesson, do at least some level of a background check on people that work for them such as how they treat people. 1st Ezra Miller had two instances of going oops upside other peoples heads, now Amber Heard and her dirty laundry of her mistreatment towards Johnny Depp is out in the spotlight.

Based on leaks amber turd scenes is only 20 minute or so i dont think boycotting a movie only for a side character is a good thing what did Jason momoa did wrong what did james wan did wrong i dont think it's a right thing to do if amber was a main hero of the movie sure why not boycotting the movie but for a side character whose not going to be in this movie mor than 20 minutes

I 100% agree it is actually 10 minutes from what I heard but it is not fair to ruin a film that hundreds of people worked because there is one person in the film. she is going to be in 6% to 8% of the movie depending on the length of the film (I am assuming it will between 2 to 2 and a half hours long)

Boycotting a movie because of 1 actor/actress is crazy to me. Youre affecting more people by doing that than just amber. And all these other people shouldn't potentially not get the chance to make another aquaman film just because you arent happy about amber's actions.

I am going to watch Aquaman 2 because it is not fair to make a film that so many put so much work and effort into the film because of the actions of one person. You are free to do what you want but I still watch the Avengers not because Joss Weadon is an amazing person but because it is a good movie that had many talented people work on it and ignoring it is a disservice to them.
