You will have mana problems much worse next patch as well since they are reducing galio base mana. Best to get mana flow band from now on or presence of mind if you are building tank galio.
Galio doesn't need a team to pair with, what you need is to have an enemy team with 2+ AP damage dealers, after that you will 1v9 carry the game while giving a 800+ magic shields to your allies with your R!
