Oh according to comments, this was featured in Glorious Masquerade, in which case I overlooked. But when I first heard it in Chapter 7, I hoped too much that it would be Malleus' overblot theme. Now I need to recall when this was played in GM.
It was not played in Glorious Masquerade, the comments confused Rollo's boss fight theme with this one. You can go into the game's archives and compare Malleus overblot theme with the song that plays in Glorious Masquerade chapter 6 "An End to This Disaster."

Finally!!!! I had been looking for the full version of this theme song since the teaser trailer dropped along with Glorious Masquerade!!! I did not expect this theme song to actually come in Chapter 7 so early but it honestly fits so well with Malleus’s Overblot. Along with the epic choir and the eerie but amazing score, it’s also honestly kind of melancholic since we know Malleus just wants to protect his family and the people he cares about but is approaching it the wrong way with the sleeping curse. 😔

Also I checked the theme for when you fight Rollo, and it is similar (mainly having a choir), it's definitely not the same song but I can see why people may mistake them since I'm p sure they're the only twst songs with choir vocals.
