Extradition is a process in the courts. They have to be deported first because they stayed in SD illigal and came illigal. It will also depends on how their lawyer defend them during the court hearings off deportation. Then the extradition hearing process takes place where the application is presented in court. It's not like they can be taken to SA right away. The courts also look into ways to get Criminals protected that's how the courts in SA and SD operates before they can even send back to SA. Those two criminals are SA citizens wanted by SA courts and where in SD illigal. Therefore the court in SD first has to deal with their immigration hearing case then the deportation and extradition process takes place. The courts where designed to waste this time to our surprise it can take a few weeks if not months to get the deportation and extradition process going whilst they are still in SD prison In waiting for remind. Their lawyer can can argue to keep those two in SD or even prolong the case depending on the dates of the case hearings and processes off the immigration case and further extradition process. In other words it can drag on and on even for a yr even if the accused with their lawyer play the game.
