    These traditions from africa are well preserved by its people and that's so beautiful. I am also from a multi cultural country and understand well the unique feelings and pride we have for our culture and traditions. Keep uploading more of Africa. I am from Papua New Guinea, land of 800 language's and deferent unique cultures unexplored. We are black in skin colour and sometimes believe we are descendants to Africa.

    This is what I loved growing up, going to kenya music festivals to watch all different tribes singing and dancing with their own language and the traditional costumes, and teach our selves the dancing styles and songs

      The place is called BOMAS OF KENYA its in the south of Nairobi, there performs very 50 different traditional dance 💃 and in different languages. They have show rooms to show people how every tribe way of living and different foods eat by each tribe, they are different traditional clothes wore. They are always there every day of the week

    Beautiful African culture. I've just realized that if you dance each of of the dances for 5 minutes you will be very physically fit.

    Unique Traditions keep us different, at the same time gives us something to learn about when we cross paths.
    As Earth gets smaller, we need to hold on to Tradition Tighter.

      Yes it’s sad but most younger generation of Kenyans are so westernized they have forgotten most traditions. Especially those in the cities. As time goes on it will probably just get worse

      Some of those tribes are subtribes that's why they sound foreign like the pokot n market are subtribes of Kalenjins ...Teso,Turkana n Samburu are Maa speakers

      The „Akamba“ is among other tribes in kenya Bantus. According to African history the Kenyan Bantus come through Tanzania with their origin in the Cameroon/central Africa.

    Both where "Orma" and "Wadey" dances are Somali. They are Diisow and Buranbur Somali dances although the Wardei identify as Somali and Orma are Somali cousins. Yes Somalis are indeginous to 53% of Kenyanlandmass.

    a bit more explanation would be nice. Don't know if the words are the names of songs, the names of the dance, or the names of a village, or what. If it's not the name of a place, it would be nice to have the name of the place included.
